How do you get rid of the pooch, pouch, ponch or whatever it is called under your belly button? how do u get rid of the "pooch or paunch" from under ur bellybutton...are there any specific excersises targeting that area?

You can build up your abdominal muscles by doing any number of ab exercises, mostly variations on crunches. This will help your stomach look firmer, however to get rid of that pouch of fat you will need to look at your diet more than your training. You will lose body fat all over from tidying up your diet, including from your stomach. ]
