Hi.I got the computer virus that says it has e crypted all of your files and you gotta pay up.A technician is going to come check it out soon but i wanted to ask since i dont know anything about compuers.I have a hard disk,all of my photos are on it,will those files be encrypted too? those photos are my life please help me i am freaking out.thank you. I'm not a computer expert, but it sounds live you got the virus randomware. The virus is thought to infiltrate your computer when you click on a legitimate looking attachment or through existing malware lurking on your hard drive, and once unleashed it instantly encrypts all your files, barring access to a single photo or tax receipt. Sadly, I heard there is no way to get rid of it, but to pay the ransom. :(

It's gross, especially when it's overt and/or persistant. I thought a relationship was meant to be between 2 people? Why do some couples try to get other people's attention? I noticed yesterday at the mall. There was this interracial couple all over each other, as we stood in line at this food place, and i'd focus on other things but they'd sometimes look back with this look on their face line they want their relationship to interest people, incite anger or jealousy, etc. it was awkward for me, directly behind them, and others in line. I have no problem with any couple, interracial, gay, lesbian, transgender, one young and one old, etc. I'm happy others can find love and be in relationships. I'm not jealous either, it's just uncomfortable to essentially be viewing foreplay without consent. There were children in line, too. Some people seem to get a sexual thrill out of people seeing their pda and that just seems sick and self centered. It makes me understand why there are countries that ban it. (link)

It may be because that they just are in that, (everything's happy) mood. They just want to do it so much that they don't really notice other people's reaction to it. Some people might not care, or just grew up around it, so they think it's ok. Other people just want to make other people jealous, ( yes there are people like that.) They might also be...drunk? Personally I'm ok with that hand hug thing and quick kisses to the cheek, but the people that decide they want to make out in the middle of McDonalds, yeah no thank you! Hope my advice helped. :)

My dad and my mom have always had a ton of problems in their marriage. He's an addict and has never been a good father to all 4 of us kids. He's barley even acknowledged that were his. He lives in our house but he's just a stranger to me. He and my mom have gotten into horrible screaming fights and he's even gotten physical before. He's tried to choke her many times. Just today he threw her across the room and threatend " if you ever take me to court or try to get a divorce I will crush you and kill you". He's also bipolar and has anger issues which is why I'm terrified that he will just snap one day and get angry enough to kill her. He also said that if she tried for a divorce he would fight her 10x harder and win custody. I'm not sure what to do or what my mom should do. Even if she gets a restraining order or a divorce there is no doubt in my mind that he will find her and kill her or at the very least hurt her badly. All I want in life is to get away from him and for my mom to too. But I just don't think that's ever ganna be a possibility. Any advice would be appreciated at this point. Thank you (link)

please don't tell me to see a counselor, because ive got two right now who are not helping at all, and ive seen so many damn counselors. counselors are absolutely useless. and im seeing a psychiatrist who prescribes me medication. and all the medication he has prescribed me has never worked.

my parents and I are always getting into fights over nothing.

my boyfriend is not helping my happiness, but it literally kills me to have the thought of him being with another girl because I love him with all my heart, but everyone around me says hes part of the reason for my depression.
I want to overdose on medication.
spirituality has always interest me, and I don't have any higher being to look up to.

im never motivated for school, so that makes me more depressed.
I want to hang myself.

my body hurts all the time, and the emotional and physical pain is just way too much to bare any longer. I just cant take it anymore. like Ive been suffering all this pain for so fucking long, and I don't know what to do anymore. I strongly believe I have the right to kill myself if ive been suffering for almost ten years. but everyones hanging on to me because theyre selfish bastards. if they knew how much pain I am in, theyd let me go.

Please don't commit suicide! I know how you feel, trust me. I know it really hurts and you just want to let go. It might help to stop or try different medication. The medicine might be making it worse. You might want to try to talk to your doctor or even your parents. Are your parents and you really fighting over nothing? I know it may seem silly, but nothing might be a lot more than you think it is. I'm sure if you talk to them about it, they might just rethink some stuff. If your boyfriend is not being abusive, then I think you should stay with him. If he always yells or hurts you, then you need to get away from him right now! He just might be the link to your depression. The people hanging on to you might just want you to keep hanging on. I know it may seem hopeless, but I know you can do it! You were put on this world for a reason, and the reason is not to kill yourself. It might seem dumb, but try watching youtube , it really helped me. I hope my advice helped, and please don't kill yourself it's not the answer. I hope you get better soon. :)

Sorry, I don't think they sell ranch anymore in the UK. I'm pretty sure it's called the same name as Americans call it, ranch. If you want you could look up recipes for ranch online, a good on is on FoodNetwork.com. Hope I helped! :)

I'm beggining to hate them...
Here's the story
My bestfriend and I had this project in electronics, we spent four whole weeks graphing it, and buying all the parts needed in order to make it, and another 5 weeks assembling it. I promise, we did our best, but by the time we were going to pass it, one of the circuits broke down and the transformer burned down. So he bought a new one and he said he'll try to do it at his house. In the afternoon, he had this huge problem, the circuits of the new transformer was different from the one on our design, so there was no choice but to spend the night with him, and so it all began.
I asked my parents if I could spend the night at his house. They said no. So I cant do anything but persuade them, they legit said the rudest things. They said that I cant ever sleep in anyone of my schoolmates' houses because everyone there cant be trusted, they said my school had a bad reputation and everyone is immoral except me. At this point, I imagined all the parents including my bestfriend's who treated me so nicely when I went to their homes, and my parents are directly bashing them without any information. But there's something worse...
After that, I told them that I have already proven that my friend's arent stereotypes. Then what did they say? "You're friend is gay, you'll be sleeping under one blanket and I know he'll do dirty things on you! He's a fag."
Ok, before i rage, let me give you a few infos. I'm 17, my bestfriend's 16. The reason why they think he's gay is only because he acts childish. He hasnt matured yet, making him too polite. I've done everything to make them proud, I have a high position at a religious organization, my grades are all the highest, and i have treated them with upmost respect...
I knew if I raged, I would've made everything worse, so i just killed off one of the characters of the book im writing to express my feelings. Please help me, I texted my bestfriend and he told me we can try to make it before our teacher arrives, at 6 in the morning... So I went here and typed out my grief instead. (link)

You might have to have a talk with your parents about it, like a calm talk. Maybe say that you shouldn't call my friends that if you don't want me to say that about yours or, some people mature faster and have different personallity's than others, I'm sure you spent the night at someone's house when you were a teen. If your grade really depends on it, your teacher might understand your problem and give you some extra time. Hoped my advice helped! :)

hi there im only a thirteen year old girl who is scared about starting my period, i started getting back aches and belly pains a couple days ago and today when i went to the bathroom i was scared that "it" was going to happen right then and there. but it didn't instead i got just a small amount of what looked like blood in my clit area and it made me scared. Can i have advice about what to do? is this normal? (link)

Every girl goes through this when she is at age, cramps and a little blood are normal, so don't worry. You will get cramps but the rest of it should not hurt, there is really nothing to be scared of. Also you can try to reduce your cramps by getting enough daily exercise.
