This is a really serious issue you need to make her family aware as well as they are letting her skip meals. This does incredible harm to your body it can lead to annorexia and malnourishment or evenn scurvy from lack of vitamin C. Push up bra get one that actually fits your boobc so the right cup size and wear it don't take it off only when you go to sleep if you want but otherwise keep it on as it will get your breasts used to the firmness and gives it great support. There are also something called a push up bra, wired bras are good but they may stop your breasts from growing honey.
