It's not weird at all the labia can be different lengths in girls, it's nothing abnormal it's just the way it is.
If a guy was eating you out it really wouldn't tend to bother him as it is normal so no.

It's normal for it to have two sides that are different lengths. A guy wouldn't be bugged by this unless he knew nothing about the female anatomy, was really dumb, and was a jerk all at once.
