Hi Sweety,
This is a really serious issue you need to make her family aware as well as they are letting her skip meals. This does incredible harm to your body it can lead to annorexia and malnourishment or evenn scurvy from lack of vitamin C. You need to make her aware of how she needs a balanced diet to survive as well, it could increase the chance of her getting infections from lack of vitamins in her body and alsoirregular periods.
Honey, you need to tell an adult possibly one of her family member, consult your school doctor anonymously if you want and let them also talk to her. You need to sit her down and make her listen and remember she always needs a strong supportive friend to help her get through like you. You need to make this work and one day she'll thank you, I am happy to help if you have any more questions ask me on here and i'll email you as well if you want. (this is also on your email).
Good luck darling!
