i want my hair to not poof during the day because it usualy does so i would have to go to the bathroom and put a little water on my hair so it wont poof. i am planning to go out and buy hairspray that will keep my hair stay unpoofy and stay straight for the whole day, anyideas?

You can do squats and lunges. You can also jog or run on a tredmill too. Bicycling helps tone your legs too. Hope I helped :)

Jenny
Jenny was so happy about the house they had found.
For once in her life it was on the right side of town.
She unpacked her things with such great ease.
As she watched her new curtains blow in the breeze.
How wonderful it was to have her own room.
School would be starting; she'd have friends over soon.
There'd be sleep-overs, and parties; she was so happy
It's just the way she wanted her life to be.
On the first day of school, everything went great.
She made new friends and even got a date!
She thought, "I want to be popular and I'm going to be,
Because I just got a date with the star of the team!"
To be known in this school you had to have a clout,
And datiing this guy would sure help her out.
There was only one problem stopping her fate.
Her parents had said she was too young to date.
"Well, I just won't tell them the entire truth.
They won't know the difference; what's there to lose?"
Jenny asked to stay with her friends that night.
Her parents frowned but said, "All right."
Excited, she got ready for the big event
But as she rushed around like she had no sense,
She began to feel guilty about all the lies,
But what's a pizza, a party, and a moonlight ride?
Well the pizza was good, and the party was great,
But the moonlight ride would have to wait.
For Jeff was half drunk by this time.
She felt someone remove her from the twisted rubble,
And heard, call an ambulance!
These kids are in trouble!
Voices she heard...a few words at best.
But she knew there were two cars
involved in the wreck.
Then wondered to herself if Jeff was all right,
And if the people in the other car was alive.
She awoke in the hospital to faces so sad.
"You've been in a wreck and it looks pretty bad."
These voices echoed inside her head,
As they gently told her that Jeff was dead.
They said "Jenny, we've done all we can do.
But it looks as if we'll lose you too."
"But the people in the other car!? "Jenny cried.
"We're sorry, Jenny, they also died."
Jenny prayed, "God, forgive me for what I've done
I only wanted to have just one night of fun."
"Tell those people's family, I've made their lives dim,
And wish I could return their families to them."
"Tell Mom and Dad I'm sorry I lied,
And that it's my fault so many have died.
Oh, nurse, won't you please tell them that for me?"
The nurse just stood there-she never agreed.
But took Jenny's hand with tears in her eyes.
And a few moments later Jenny died.
A man asked the nurse,
"Why didn't you do your best?"
To bid that girl her one last request?"
She looked at the man with eyes so sad.
"Because the people in the other car
were her mom and dad."

i have had my period for quite some time and never have gone throught this! i have used tampons before but today i had it in for two secionds and ir hurt so bad! i took it out and my uterus skin was all over it! it was so gross, i tried again later, and even more skin came off! my blood has been extremely dark lately and my uterus is coming off in strips and omg whatz wrong with me!
Wow, this is definitely not normal and you need to go to a doctor really soon. You might have some sort of infection or you probably inserted your tampon in wrong without even knowing it. Talk to your mom about this also. Hope I helped :)

Hey, im really scared about doing stuff sexually with a guy because of some of the stuff with my body..do guys care what a body looks like? i have stretch marks on my boobs because they grew so fast..and i have little dots on my but..and i dont know why? i just wanted to ask you if a guy cares about what his girlfriends body looks like to do sexual stuff with her.. i havent done anything yet...but im scared of what might happen when we do stuff..thanks!
Hey, don't worry, most guys don't even care what a girl's body looks like because when it comes to anything sexual, guys should only care about you and not about your body. Also, try putting cocoa butter over your stretch marks and that will help get rid of them! Hope I helped :)

Those "pimples" are ingrown hairs. You really can't get rid of them because they will go away, trust me. Try shaving in the direction your hairs grow slowly and use shaving cream. Also, if you put lotion on after, it will help. Those "pimples" will go away, don't worry. Hope I helped :)

Revlon and Cover Girl have some eyeliners that are easy to take off. Also, if some of your eyeliner doesn't come off, take a q-tip, wet it, and you can take off your eyeliner that way. Hope I helped :)

Does anyone know how to make "Rainbow Cookies"? They are the ones with layers of green, pink and yellow, chocolate on top and bottom, and jelly in between. thanks.
How To Make "Rainbow Cookies":
Ingredients:
7 oz. marzipan paste or almond paste
1 cup sugar
3 sticks unsalted butter, softened
4 large eggs, separated
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour (sift before
measuring)
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 drops green food coloring, or to desired color
5 drops red food coloring, or to desired color
12-oz jar raspberry jam (preferably seedless)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease three (13" x 9") metal baking pans. Line bottom of each with wax paper -- letting it extend at two opposite ends -- and grease paper.
2. Break marzipan paste into small pieces and grind with sugar in food processor until no lumps remain. Transfer to a large bowl and add butter. Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, then add yolks and almond extract and beat well. Beat in flour and salt on low speed. Beat egg whites in another bowl with cleaned beaters until they just hold stiff peaks and stir one third into batter to lighten slightly (batter will still be stiff). Fold in remaining whites thoroughly.*Cook's note: Do not make this dough ahead of time.
3. Divide dough into thirds (about 1 1/2 cups each). Stir green food coloring into one third and red food coloring into another, leaving one third plain. Spread each dough separately into a pan. (Layers will be thin.)
4. Bake layers in batches in middle of oven until just set and beginning to turn golden along edges, 7 to 10 minutes total. Run knife along edges to loosen from pan, then while still hot, invert a large rack over pan and invert layer onto rack, pulling gently on wax paper overhangs to release if necessary. Peel off wax paper and cool completely.
5. Line a large shallow baking pan with wax paper and slide green layer into it. Spread half of jam evenly over green layer and carefully top with plain layer. Spread remaining jam evenly over uncolored layer and carefully top with pink layer (trim edges if necessary). Cover with plastic wrap and weigh down with a large cutting board or baking pan. Chill at least three hours.
6. Melt chocolate in a double boiler or a metal bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water. Remove weight and plastic wrap and spread chocolate evenly over top, but not sides, of pink layer. Let stand at room temperature until set, about 1 hour, and cut into small diamonds (12 rows crosswise and 12 diagonal rows).
Yeilds: About 7 dozen diamonds
Preparation Time: About 3 hours
