Well it if really bothers you then just start doing maybe 50 lateral crunches everyday. If you feel like you want to then you can do 50 in the morning, 50 at night. But it all depends on your pace, you can even do 50 one day, 100 the next, then 25 the next. Just go at your own pace. But I strongly suggest lateral crunches.

well you're already doing a great job with the running. Contrary to popular belief, doing a million crunches will not give you the defined six pack, because unless you burn the fat from that area, it's not going to show up.

The best exercises that you can do is lateral crunches. It's like a regular situp or crunch but you force the contraction toward the opposite knee. For example: you twist your right elbow toward you left leg. Also don't forget to strengthen your back and upper gluteal b/c they contribute to that area too. (there is actully more than 3 muscle groups in this area so doing these exercises with a low fat diet and plenty of cardio should help.)

Good luck,
Arun

lay on your side & pick yourself up on your elbow and ankles and you should feel it. Like it tightening or whatever. It might "burn" but its just working-trix

You can do side crunches to get rid of them. They are just like regular crunches except you move to the side. Here's a link that explains how to do side crunches: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location). Hope I helped :)
