You can get pregnant when you're not using protection at any time. It doesn't matter if you're on/off your period, you still have a chance. ALWAYS use protection.
You can't get pregant from oral sex.

what if i was kidding around with my friend but they are one of the sensative types that don't always take the joke in the right way and i got yelled at by her first so today i said this word that they always say a lot over and over again, and now they're mad at me and won't let me appologize what should i do?
Just let it go, and wait for her to talk to you. Just because you kept saying a certain word shouldn't let somebody not allow you to apologize. Just wait for her to cool off, and try not to cling to her and keep apologizing. She should learn how to take a joke, and she should eventually come to her senses and realize that it's not something worth being mad over.

To start off, I'm 16 Female and I have HIV. It got transmitted to me from my mom at birth, so it wasnt my fault what so ever!! So I've been dating this guy for a while now and I told him i have this HUGE secret, which i will tell him when im ready and in the beginning of our relationship, I tested the waters to see How he would handle the HIV situation. So I asked him, "what would you do if I had HIV?" and He replied "I'd still love you, and i would still have sex with you." So, I was SO relieved to hear that, I was happy that he would accept me and we'd still have a relationship without worry! And that was about 2 months ago!! Then last night I asked him Again what he'd do, and he replied "well, if we were getting married then yeah I would have sex with you, but if we werent getting married, then no i wouldnt have sex with you " SO i was SO upset! and said how low that was, because his answer was completetly different before, and i also told him that
"if he wouldnt accept me if i had HIV then he wouldnt accept my "secret" " because IT IS my Secret! but he doesnt know what my secret is. so then he said "well if it was some girl i didnt know and didnt love then no i wouldnt have sex with her but if it was you then I would." so I DONT KNOW WHAT I DO! should I tell him now and get it over with??!! Tell me answers!! HELP! and please dont say that i shouldnt have sex!! BECAUSE I DONT NEED THAT ANSWER!! I've made up my mind that i do want to have sex with him.

Heyy. This is a tough situation. I think that you should tell him your secret, if you feel that you're ready to. Since you know that you want to have sex with him, I think that before you even do, you HAVE to tell him this. I really can see how you can get upset when your boyfriend says he wouldn't have sex with you unless you get married if you had HIV. But think about all of the risks involves. He DOES have a chance with getting stuck with your disease, too. If you love him, I know that you woudln't want to give your boyfriend and illness. (I didn't mean to make that sound mean.) But really, I'm sure that him saying isn't the fact that he wouldn't accept you. I think it's just that he's scared to take such a big risk. He even said that he would love you still, even if you had HIV. It's just the chance of him getting it, too. It's a tough situation, but I think that your best bet is to tell your boyfriend your secret, when you feel it necessary. See how he reacts. He he reacts surprised, that should be normal. If he avoids you, then he's definately not worth your time. After you tell him, you can discuss with him the topic of you guys having sex. I'm not saying that you should/should not have sex, I'm just letter you know what he's probably thinking if you really had HIV. It's up to you guys, and I hope that you guys make a good decision. I really wouldn't want it to be damaged,
I really don't recommend bleaching your hair at home. My friend has been bleaching her hair for a few months and she always has to redo it because her roots grow in and such// and her hair is SO damaged. It's constantly breaking, and it really would be so much longer if it wasn't breaking, by more than few inches. It's so fried. You should try to stick to a professional. If you aren't satisfied, just let her know. You're the one paying her to do YOUR hair.
For waiting I'm pretty sure that you can do it whenever, but if it's like the day after, be prepared for some damage. You're going to have to have a good conditioner& treatment. You can read more here:

So, I never realized this until today, but my world is changing so fast. My best friend doenst go to my school anymore, my worst enemy returned to my school, my other best friend is moving half way across the country, & i feel lik all my other friends and the rest of the world is moving on without me. I've been crying for the last hour because i feel lik the world is moving to fast and im just not ready for it all. I feel lik all of my friends are changing and growing up so im thinkin i should start changing too but the problem is i just dont want to. I'm so confused, please help
I can guarentee that almost any teenager out there has felt the way you feel right now. I even have. I feel like everybody is changing around me and I'm just staying, but I feel like I should be changing too, but instead it's like I'm being left behind in the dust. The truth is, you can't stop things from changing. Even though you feel like your world's ending, you have to learn to live with it. Sure you can't replace your old best friends, but there are tons of other people out there that you can start to hang out with more. The thing is, you don't have to change if you don't want to. Just be happy and try not to worry so much about things. Everything will fall into place eventually.
Alright, so I'm not the greatest at saving money. I'll admit that. I have $44.40 on my debit card currently, and I'm saving up for a Chanel Handbag, and a Louis Vitton Wallet. The handbag costs $639.00 and it's absolutely beautiful! I'm getting it from Yuella.com so the shipping is $39.99. Does anybody know if those bags on the website are real? I'm guessing based on the prices - they're real. But you can never be sure enough whether it's just a staff taking money for fake purses. Forgive my suspicion! So is it reliable? Are they real? My dad said I could have a job at where he works when I turn 16, for $160 a week. But I'm only 13, are there any jobs I can do at my age? If so, it's gotta be pretty limited. When my parents go to parties down the block etc. they'll have me babysit and I'll get $4.00-$6.00 an hour. But I almost never babysit. I can work around the house a little but I'm not sure what to do around the house. I can wash the dishes for like 50 cents and wash the plants for a few dollars, depending on how many I water. I can weed the patio, but it takes hours for such little pay! Only like $7.00 after working all day! And I have school and grades to work on so I don't have much time. My family always forgets to give me allowance and it's annoying as HECK! PLEASE give me ideas to earn some money! I've never taken babysitting courses etc.

There's not many jobs available for a 13 year old. Your best bet is to search around your neighborhood to see if people need help mowing/raking lawns, cleaning their garages, etc. You can also do the same with babysitting.
As for the bags on the website, I'm not sure if they're real or not.

You don't have to cook it. It's already cooked. A lot of people use it in foods like pasta salads and other kinds of salads. You can eat it plain if you really wanted to, too.
does anyone have any good tips on how to straighten your hair with a hair straightener (of course)and make it pin straight?
You want to make sure that you hair is dry. Brush it out good. Clip up your hair at the top of your head, and straighten your hair by layer. First, straighten the hair thats on the bottom and when that's straightened, unclip the hair the you clipped up and then straight that. That way, the bottom of your hair is getting straightened at not just the top layer. (If that makes any sense)

You can get it at Super Cuts. I usually a little but in a section of hair and then brush it out. Then I straighten my hair. Sometimes I put a little but more in my hair, and then straighten it some more.
When you straighten your hair, take small sections. It works a lot better than when you try to straighten huge chunks of hair.
i am looking to buy a new hair straightener and i was wondering which ones you guys recommend. prices doesn't really matter here so just list whats best.

I've had the Wet2Straight for a year and a half, and it still works really good. I've dropped it SOO many times, too. It's generally inexpensive and you can get it at like WalMart.
What color highlights would look good in dark brunnette hair?
Light brown, and maybe a some auburn-red. My friend got highlights with those colors and it looked cute. I'm personally not a fan of dark brown hair with blonde highlights, I don't think it looks good.

14/f having a normal period for almost two years if that helps...
ok so every day i get really bad discharge...its not gooey or flaky or anything...its clear and sometimes a little watery, but its so gross because i'll be completely dry one second and the next i feel like i wet myself! this happens like three times a day and i wear mini pads and its still all wet and icky. does anyone know if this is bad for my health? anything i can do about it? thanks
Discharge is gross, but I think that what you're dealing with is completely normal. You'll just have to wear pantyliners.

All that girls need are a mouth guard, goggles, a stick, and cleats. Sadly, I play and I'm not too sure of great brands, hah. If you went to a store and asked, they should help you out.
