She's just made up, and she's not ever shown in the show. People just talk about her, and she's not really a real character that gets acted out.

She is a mystery to the show. She is very popular, kind of like Paige. Most of the students do not like her, if you've heard them making jokes or critisizing her. She sometimes fights with Paige for power and popularity. She beat Paige for the Prom crown one year, and is disliked by many classmates for her overtweezed eyebrows and nose job. Degrassi never shows what Heather Sinclair looks like- it's probably just a technique to add suspense to the show. However, in episode #410, she is shown in a yoda class, but you cannot see her face.
