Ok so, as you should know lacrosse is not a cheap sport, but lacrosse sticks can last a long time if treated right. I would recommend Debeers for your stick. They are my absolute favorite, but if you are looking for a light stick then i would go with STX. For goggles i would go with the STX goggles. If you want turf shoes(they are so comfortable i wear mine everywhere) i would recommend the destroyers by Nike. I hope this helps and good luck !

Some good brands for lacrosse are:
Warrior
Debeer
Harrow

Those brands can be expensive though, especially Harrow. I use all those brands for goggles and sticks and I love them. If you looking for cheaper and still effective lacrosse gear, I would go with Brine and STX.

if you're planning on sticking with it, debeer is a good brand for a stick head. at least, i really like them. kind of expensive though. i'm not sure about what kind of shaft or goggles, but the person below me is right, all you need is a stick, a mouthguard, goggles and cleats.

All that girls need are a mouth guard, goggles, a stick, and cleats. Sadly, I play and I'm not too sure of great brands, hah. If you went to a store and asked, they should help you out.
