Lately at night I've been having this weird problem. Like all of a sudden my chest hurts like in the middle and it gets harder to breath. It feels like I can't take a deep breath. Then I get this weird whistling noise in my nose when I exhale. Sometimes this happens for a little bit during the day too. It isn't really that bad but it's pretty annoying. At home I can usually try not to panic until it goes away because I feel more comfortable. The problem is Wednesday-Friday my grade is going to Washington DC. I'm not sure what I should do if I start feeling bad or begin to panic. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

All my friends have had a boyfriend before except me. I really want one, but there is no one that seems right for me. A few guys have asked me out, but i have refused. I am more obsessed with school than guys, but sometimes i wonder if i should spend more time trying to get a boyfriend. I also find that most boys i was attracted to had been my friends. Well me and my 2 other friends are going to the movies and then shopping for an hour. I dont get any pocket money so I asked my mom to give me some money so I can buy things when were shopping. And she says "No, because were running out of money" But she always says I cant buy things because were running out of money, and seriously I need proof that were running out of money. All my friends are bringing at least $50 and im going to be left out...Please help...
Ooh i know how you feel. Just figure out ways to save up money..every extra penny counts..like if you get lunch money everyday just put away the money you dont use or skip lunch if you really need it. If youre old enough you can get a job or if not you could babysit or something. If your friends are getting so much money why can't they give you some? i think theyd understand, right? If youre going to the movies make sure to catch the matinee because i think thats when its cheaper..if it not its like 10 bucks, which is a ripoff in my veiw. kay well good luck with the money thing and you guys could always figure out other ways to have fun without needing money!!
I'm going to prom on the 23rd but I haven't gotten my period yet. I think I might get my period by that date. It makes me worry because I don't want to screw my new dress up with blood. It's not tight at the bottom, it's like a layered skirt that's kind of full looking. I'm going to be out from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM for the dinner and the festive events or whatever, should I use pads or tampons? Pads are kind of gross, they make me uncomfortable because I'm afraid they'll move, but if I wear tampons I'm not sure if I'll remember to even change them during prom and I don't want to risk TSS. What should I do?

Ok, well I have REALLY dark circles under my eyes! I don't how to get rid of them , and i get almost 9 hours of sleep! Ive tried falling asleep earlier, but it wouldn't work even if i could actually fall asleep earlier. I hate them and they look so ugly! Any ideas of how i can get rid of these ugly things, or at least cover them up?
use a foundation stick, but use it in a color that is LIGHTER than the color on your face, that way it will **brightten!** under your eyes not darken it. plus there is like this kinda expensive green powder stuf to use but i never tried it..it doesnt make your circles green or anything..goodluck!

I do not understand IP addresses at all. What are they for? How can you track someone through them? I know everyone has one and they are used for internet purposes. I just don't know what purposes or why someone would want to know someone else's.
