hey, i used to be the former leader of my clique at school. then for some reason the people that i used to lead became retarded and started acting dumb. so i have a new group of people now, but everyone is pretty much individuals. like i wouldnt be able to boss them around. basically they wouldnt let me lead them. what should i do. I recommend leaving your group. Those bunch of individuals are outta control and don't want to be under your commmand!
But seriously, if you like them then just learn to adapt. If self rule is their way, start using that instead of being the leader.

ok..I have an Xbox 360 and we bought xbox live for it and we cant get it to work..It has worked one time since weve had it...We have called our internet provider and we called the xbox people and they tried to help us but nothing works....it keeps saying "DNS failed"....how can I make it work again??...please help (link)

DNS Failed is usually and error with your internet connection. Did you buy the wireless hookup for your 360, or are you directly connected?
if you are hooked up wireless you probably don't have it installed right.
If you are hooked up by a cord, be sure your router is giving a signal.

I've been having suicidel thoughts leatly, I think it's because I came to a conclusion that I'm a worthless nobody, I'm not good at anything and that I really have no reason to live ,no goal in life or will living.

You're most certainly overlooking this whole situation. Just take a look around you, look really hard and you'll notice everything you just said is false. You're always harder on yourself than others are on you. Ask your friends if you are 'not good at anything'
You're also an 18 year old male, of course you have no idea what you want to do in life! Stop worrying about it, just because you have no 'goal' doesn't mean you should kill yourself. Ask any guy you know what they want to do, ask some older people, or ask your father what he knew he wanted to do at your age. Chances are he'll say "I had no idea"

Adaware isn't a virus scanning program, that is used for Adware/Spyware

Hey, i just ordered an iPod mini off of Ebay, but i only have windows 98 on my working computer. So theres no way i can acess iTunes through my computer, but I do have another computer that has Windows 2000, which is can acess iTunes. But the problem is i have a virus on it, my dad said he would take it to be fixed but i want to try to restore it first. Can someone please summarize how to restore my computer? (link)

Download the English version, or your preferred language, then run that on your computer.
That will clean any and every virus you have.

i just edited a movie me and my friend made.. and i saved it and tried to upload it too bolt.. but it wouldnt work because its not saved under the right type. it needs to be of type .flv, .mov, .avi, .mpg or .wmv so how do i do this?? it only saves under one type at the moment (link)

On the left there should be the option to "SAVE MOVIE" click that. From there, it will convert your movie in to .MOV format, unless you tell it otherwise. You may also from this screen select the file size you would like the movie to be, in case it is too big to uplaod.

Deleting your history. Also, making your history last for '0' days will disable this function.

Make sure you didn't mute it, first off. Some problems may simply be overlooked -like muting it-
If not, just look on the bottom right and click the sound icon, then check out your settings in there.

iTunes should convert it for you, just be aware once you convert it, you might not be able to play it in WMP.
Press 'CTRL + O' while in iTunes, locate your music, and double click it. iTunes will automatically conver it.

how can i get more free space on my computer? i have already tried fragmenting it and deleting the cookies and such, so what are some things i could do to free space up ? (link)

Deleting programs you don't use is one way. Defragging also works -but you already did that.
Also, try doing a 'Disk Sweep' is you found the degrag by going to 'start' 'programs' 'accessories' 'system tools' you'll see 'disk cleanup' that will also free some space.
Try emptying your Recycle Bin, too. Just because you delete it, doesn't mean it is gone from your computer.

Hi my names Ashley. I use AIM quite frequently and my friend recently sent me something that i opened but it was a virus. And now everytime i log onto AIM it goes like crazy and starts IMing this virus to everybody on my buddy list. I have Norton and Avast. But its not detecting them and i tried this program but its not detecting it either. This has happened to me before and i cant remember how i got it off. But everytime i sign onto AIM i can sign on for about 4 min. but then it sends that virus to everyone on my buddylist. Please help me!!! (link)

First of all, I praise you for using Avast! Norton is useless, though Avast! is a fantastic program.
However, if these two programs aren't detecting this 'virus' it could be something called "malware"
Go to www.downloads.com
And find something called "Spybot Search & Destory"
That might be able to find your problem.
Also, be sure to keep your Avast! updated, if it already isn't auto-updating.

how do i reformat my computer? its messed up and its a dell/laptop. itunes doesnt work and there are many system32 messages that popup so i want to try to reformat it but i dont know how to! can someone tell me how to or a site to show step by step directions? and also, by doing this is this dangerous like messing up my computer even more? You aren't putting your computer at anymore risk than it already is at.
Essentially, a reformat will zip your computer back to a past state, hopefully when it was much better than it is now. To do a reformat go to "Start" "All Programs" "Accessories" "System Tools" "System Reformat"
Choose a date in which you remember your computer wasn't as messed up. Also, be sure you don't have anything extremely important on there that you did recently. Your computer will revert back to the date you choose it to, loosing all current information.

Go to "View" and then "Text Size" then change the size of the text from there.

This is for people in high school. Sorry if it's long but I'll rate all 5s && give feedback! When you go into high school from middle school, does everything change alot? && Also, do you loose a lot of friends/do a lot of people change/is there a lot more work?? I noticed a change in popularity status. In middle school you know who is popular and who isn't. In high shcool that image will dissipate and soon it'll be just you and your friends. You won't know who is popular and who isnt.

The best way to get smarter? Stay in school. Hah.
Anyway, I find reading books can assist you gaining a higher vocabulary. If you read a word you don't understand, don't be afraid to look it up. See if you can apply it in a conversation.
I'm not saying big words make you smart, though. Being smart doesn't mean using large words outside of others vocabulary, just know what you're talking about, look things up you don't understand, and soon you'll notice you get a lot of the stuff going on around you.
