My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

okay like my boyfriend broke up with me bc he just "wanted to be friends". we didnt really hang out that much over the summer. like i dont no why but we talked & everything. he just didnt like me that much. & i love him so much & i miss him tons. i told him that i still liked him & hes just like okay. hes not a jerk or anything hes super sweet. but i want him back so badly. things are so akward like we dont hang out or anything. & the thing is i no hes not coming back but i still have hope. & i dont want to get over him bc i think hes coming back to me. i dont no why but i like loving him even if i hhurts me. i no theres nothing to change his mind but do you no anything to help me get him back ♥

Yeah that's normal. What do you mean what should you do?? If you want to do something with him go for it and be safe, but it's normal to be like that.

I don't really get your question. You want to break up with him but you don't? It doesn't matter how many times you broke up with him, but if you don't like him anymore break it off. You shouldn't be wasting your time with him if you don't have feelings for him. You could go out with other guys you like then just wasting your time on him. Do whatever you feel is right! Yes it is possible to get black and red but with a red dress I think you should get white tips with jewels on them. I got it done like that before and it looks really cute. The nails usually stay on for 2 weeks. Thats if you are't getting your natrual nails painted. You could also get spray on tips, but I don't think those are really good.

Aw, don't worry about the lenght. I really wish that I could tell you everything and exactly how you can get him back, but I honestly don't know. I sorta need the same advice as you. Sooner or later he will just relized what he missed out and he will want you back. Just keep talking to him and don't ever loose touch. Be yourself, because that will win it over. If you are being loud or whatever whenever he is around, that just screams for attention. Sorry I didn't help much. Since you have hope, don't ever give up. Good luck babe!

For those types of dances you don't have to have a date. Prom is like that only one you usually bring dates but for homecomming everyone usually goes with a group of friends. You just have a lot of fun dancing and hanging out with friends. If you have a boyfriend or girlfriend they can be your dates. Have fun!

Buy white eyeliner and put it on the eye lids. I read it in the magazine. Try to freeze a spoon and keep it under your eyes for 5 minutes. You should also rest a lot more. Good luck.

I used to have aimutation and it was awesome. It woulnd't let me re-download it but anyways. I think that aimutation is better because you can do a lot more and you can go on as many screen names as well as AIM+.
