i am 14 years old and my knees are always killing me when i do anything. i went to the doctor and he said that i was probley just goin through a gorwth spurt and my knees were just catching up or sumthing like that. but the doctor told me that in the winter...and now its summer and my knees still hurt...what do i do?

o ps my doctor said the ligaments were stressed...what does that mean??

i think u should go baq to your doctor thats alwayz good to do. they can tell u if sumthings really wrong.

last year in school, i got good grades but i always felt like i was scraping by. How do i stay organized and calm and still have time for other things in my life?

well i dk u didnt give that much information but ill go with wut u have... well wut i do iz like @ school, like b4 school is a tyme to tlk with friends etc. so is lunch n after school. but during classes just try to pay attention to the teacher... even take notes... make sure the notes u keep r good. if they turn out sloppy rewrite them for hw or when u have extra tyme in a class. when u get home make sure to start ur hw no matter how much u have even with rewriting ur nots etc. then just do wut u feel like. if u have softball... or soccor or any other sport then go home do ur hw till u have a game or practice then when u get home from practice take a shower or w/e then do ur hw. itz not like u cant watch tv while doing it i know parents say u cant but u can during comercials n when ur really not into the show. hope i helpd.
