Alright so i have been going through alot lately..and I was a lil upset so i felt like sneeking out and going for a walk.. well my friend said he would go with me.. so at 1 we snuck out.. I'm 5'4" and i weigh 160lbs. the thing is I don't look fat and I don't look like i weigh that much, but it bothers me. All my friends say i'm lucky because I'm average {look it anyone}. All my friends have this idea that i weigh like 115lbs. It's weird 4 me 2 hear them say that cause I know the truth. Any way i'm just happy i don't look like i weigh that much. But does anyone have a work out plan where u can lose weight quickley? If so please write me back and tell me. I'm hoping to lose between 15-20 pounds before I go 2 the beach. ~Thanx~
dang. how can you not look fat? im 5'4" and i weigh 100 on my best day. and depending on what i wear i sometimes look a little chunky. i dunno, but on a less rude note..this is something you might want to search online for. that way you can pick out something that youll do, but that works too. otherwise you could jog, thats what i do. or if you have a pool then swim. when you swim, it works out like a hundred different muscles in your body. but i think you should go to your search engine and look it up that way, itll help a lot more.

uh. that shouldnt happen. if that happens either your shaving with a dull razor, or maybe your shaving against the hair. dont do that, dont dry shave either. and when you get out of your shower or bath (wich is when you should be doing this) then put lotion on your entire body so your skin isnt dry. when its dry thats why it itches and water dries out your skin. maybe you should try waxing, the hair doesnt grow back for days if you do that.

ok well i have 2 F's on my final report card. One in facs class wich doesnt even matter. But then i got one in science wich isnt so good. ok well i missed up my toe nail(the big one) about 3 months ago and about 3 weeks ago the nail fell of and now it has grown half way. is there a way i can make it grow out more before graduation. i am going to get it a pedicare but i dont know if i can put a fake nail on it or not. can u plz me???
hahahahah! im sorry, that just reminded me of the time my bestfriend got her entire big toenail ripped off by a football cleet. i dont really think theres anything you can do to make it grow faster. but i think that if you were to put a fake nail on it, you could. but you could only put the glue part on the actual toenail. unless your talking about the fake nails you go and get done. then i think you might want to call ahead and ask what they do for that. sorry i couldnt be more help.

yes you keep the soap on your face. but once you start washing your face and you get the soap on there. you cant take it off otherwise your face will shrivle and get rinkles. hope i helped!

okay me and my boyfriend usually use a condom but about three weeks ago we just used the withdrawal method i wasnt ovulating(i know this becasue ive always had a perfect 28 day cycle) i took a pregnancy test two weeks after which came back negative. i havent missed my period nor do i have any of the symptoms but i am a worry wart i dont think im pregnant but i need a second opion????what do you think?
i think you should always use a rubber so you dont stress yourself out. it is possible to get pregnant even with the "withdrawl" method. but if everything seems alright and you even took a test i think your going to be perfectly fine. it wouldnt hurt to maybe wait a couple more weeks though and take another test. but if youve gotten your period since then, than your alright.
