There are basically no foods that have no carbs and/or sugar. Vegetables are the only types of foods that have a low amount of carbs and sugar. Carrots, celery, cucumbers, etc. are good to eat. If you know that you are healthy and are active, then ignore these people because they are just jealous that you are skinny. If people think you are anorexic, eat in front of them to show them that you do eat and that you aren't anorexic. They will then stop thinking that you are. Hope I helped :)

hey you guys, i have a friend that doesnt like any of my other friends. After she meets them she just judges them and tell me all the negative things that she assumes of them. I am very picky about friends so of course none of the crap she says is true cause their all carefree FUN people. Shes the only one of my friends that is boring and dull. When i try to hang out with someone else she tags along and its really bothering me. I have other people to hang out with besides her, and obviously she doesnt cause she doesnt like anyone. I try to avoid her a lot but she still finds me. I can tell she is annoyed by me but still tried to hang out with me cause she has noone else. What can i do about that? i mean i cant talk to her about it cause im too nice.
You can still talk to her but just say things nicely to her so she won't get the wrong idea of what you're saying. Tell her that she can't just judge your friends and that she needs to get to know them instead of judging them. Also tell her that there is nothing wrong with your friends because you chose them and that your friend shouldn't judge them. Ok, My brother is a senior in High School, and I'm a freshman. He has a lot of hott friends. One of his best friends name is *Steve*(name changed) I didn't have a locker partner, and my brothers locker is right down my hallway. Well, Steves locker was on the other side of the school, and I told him he could move into my locker. I thought wow, this could be awesome. I didn't think I could feel like this. I am crazy for this guy but I don't know if he likes me. If I say something to him, It could mess up my brothers relationship with him. There is another thing, I think he likes me too. It sounds like Steve does like you. If you like him and if he likes you, you can go out with him because it wouldn't ruin his friendship with your brother. Don't worry, if you say anything to him, you won't mess up your brother's relationship with him. Yes, he is probably embarrassed to be seen with you. Has your boyfriend ever dating girls who were really pretty, skinny, and own brand name items? If so, maybe your boyfriend doesn't want to be picked on by his friends because you are different from his other girlfriends? Ok, I really need help. My ex-boyfriend and his best friend spread some rumors about me at a party. Have you had your period yet? If not, then you are probably going to get it soon. You may have a yeast infection, since you have most of the symptoms of having it which are having discolored discharge and itching and smelling of the vagina. If this has been like this for a few months, then you need to talk to your mom and ask her if she can bring you to a gyno so you can get this checked out.
