i only have a few real friends that i like to spend time with and 2 of them are going away for the rest of the summer...how do i meet new people so that i won't be bored to death?? i was thinking about getting a job to keep me busy - would that help me meet people?

A job will help you meet people! All the time at my job, a bunch of girls will go out for dinner / movie after work. you become very close with the people you work with b/c u spend so much time with them. having a job is not all fun though, you are going to have to work more, which means less free time to hang out. but, you still will have free time, but not as much as you probably have now. also, you can go to the mall, the movies, even the gym to meet people. just be yourself and try to strike up a conversation with people.

how do u tell a guy that u like him?

Just tell him! You can start by flirting, & seeing if he flirts back before you say anything. if you feel like the feeling is mutal just be like 'hey (name) i have feelings for you' or something like that. or even ask him out like by saying 'hey u wanna catch a movie with me?' he should get the picture, and will tell u how he feels then.

ok first of all:
not all girls bleed when they have sex! theres a little piece of skin that breaks the first time you have sex, and it causes MINIMAL bleeding. sometimes, this can be broken even before sex by either : intense horseback riding, biking, etc. it doesnt gush out at all. if u have your period DO NOT HAVE SEX! its a big disgusting mess! dont be worried about it, if the guy knows your a virgin, he will expect to 'pop your cherry' (thats what they call it) and it wont be anything big at all

You're not fat your probably just built..theres nothing wrong with big thighs though. Hmm i don't know, lunges may help? Try those and eat healthy and that should be enough.

well me n my friend have been friends since kindergarden and i just moved to a diff. school in 6th grade..even though i went to a diff school we saw each other litterly every weekend and went to the mall or movies and even that summer we did like everything together but lately shes hasnt been calling me to do stuff or calling me just to talk or n e thing...shes been hanging out with another friend a lot. and like whenever i call her which is like every weekend the other girl is over. and i mean thats not a bad thing but shouldnt she still kinda hang out with me to or am i being stupid?

You're not being stupd! Maybe you should tell this friend how you feel, and i'm sure she'd understand. If not, start hanging out with other friends from your new school, and maybe if you call her in awhile and ask to hang out she'll wanna!

I'm a great advice columnist but i guess every advice person needs some advice as well.

Ok so about a month ago my sister and my brother in law came to visit us and i was sleeping (it was night time) and I remember waking up for my brother inlaw touching my leg. I didnt think much of it but after that I kept on thinking about it. Well i was at their house and last night he said he was sorry, and i didnt know what he was talking about and i was like for what and hes like I touched you in a place that you shouldnt have been touched by me (higher than my legs) I dont know what to do! because I mean I dont think he was doing it for more than a sec cuz i think i woke up right away but I dont want to tell my mom and dad because my dad would kill him and they would say something to my sister and then my sister and him would probably get a devorice and my sisters really happy. I mean that was the first time but I still cry about it like i feel so violated and i dont know what to do. I cant sleep cuz i think about it. All I do is cry about it. Please help me please!

This was totally wrong of your brother-in-law. it doesn't matter if your sisters happy with him, hes obviously a creep. you should definately tell your parents or someone about it, because what if it happens again? and he goes farther? and if they have or are going to have kids? what about them, he'll porbably do the same to them. You really need to tell someone, and get yourself help, because this is a big deal. hope i helped =-/

i think you should just ask your boyfriend straight up, i mean i think you could tell if hes lying? don't like accuse him of saying it incase its just your ex making it up because he wants you back...so just try that!

ok im 16 and i am pretty in shape. i am not extremely ripped but i have a nice figure. ive done a million sit ups and i know that i have a 6 pac just EGGING to pop out, but i need to lose a little bit of fat on my stomach for it to show a lot. whats a good, fast way to lose just a little bit of weight so that my abs will show a lot more?

hmm maybe you could get rid of the junk food and eat healthy, and what i do is 50-100 crunches in the morning and then the same before bed. =D
