ok well .. i play soccer nd im ahh 14 nd 5'3 nd i think im fat ... im mean im skinner then a lot of ppl .. but i think im wayyyy too fat i weigh lyk 140 nd ahhmy coaches nd evrything say its muscle cause ive been playin soccer for so long nd am on so many demanding teams nd track nd i do other stuff .. but i dunno i can nevr seem to loose weight .. i can only do it in my stomach really which i lyk cause i almost got a full 6pAcK but ahh my thighs i dnt lyk theyre to big but a lot if muscle i guess .. im jst askin what u think i should do

askme712 answered Thursday July 22 2004, 9:43 pm: okay honestly i have the same problem i play socca too ive been playing for like 7 years and my legs r chunky too i hate it but just like you say everyone says its muscle and all and i guess their right i mean muscle does weigh more than fat! its true. but wut i do is just work out like at the gym and do that thing where you lay on your side and lift one leg up and down but make shua it doesn't ever touch the ground or your other leg then its harded, thats just wut i do. and it really makes you feel better about yourself when your done working out. so i hoped i helped out and keep up with socca and eating healthy and excersize im shua everythingw ill b okay.

crystal200022us answered Thursday July 22 2004, 8:35 pm: It sounds like you're not fat at all. Muscle is definitely good but if you are really worried about your thighs there is a good exercise I do all the time for my legs. Every night before I go to bed I do leg lifts. Basically, you lay down on one side and just lift your leg. Do it on each side. I recommend 30 on each. If that's too easy doing more is good. This has helped me but honestly it just sounds like muscle and I wouldn't worry about that. I hope this helped!
