I got a earring about 1 month ago. Everytime I take the earring out to try and put a new one in, it seems like the back of my ear closes or something like real fast. I have to push the earring in, and eventually I get it in, and it's usually fine. Today I changed it again, and I tried to put a new one and I couldn't get it in cause it hurt. Then the back of my ear started to bleed a little. Does that mean it's infected? Or just irritated? Should I take the earring out and let it close up, or is it something that will go away? What should I do? I don't want to take it out. Thanks

I have the same problem. I've had my ears pierced for years, but whenever I take the earrings out for over five minutes (used to be a shorter amount of time), the holes close up. This is a medical condition. Find earrings that do not irritate your ears. If you want to frequently change your earrings, they have ones where the part in your ear always stays in, but you can change the bottom, so it looks like different earrings.

It depends on your age.
If you are fourteen and he is eighteen, yes it is a lot of a distance now.
However, if you are twenty, and he is twenty-four, it isn't much of a difference.

Don't go on a diet, but eat in moderation. Eat slowly so you know when you aren't hungry and can stop. Try walking a lot, or playing DDR.

OK so I have a group of friends..they're just school friends..it's been like this for 5 years now! I hate it..I want to go to the mall or hang out with them outside of school..but how? I can't just self invite myself..I can't invite them over to my house because of family reasons..but I want to get closer to them and be BEST friends with them..not school friends..what do i do? Ask them to go to the movies or mall or something with you one weekend. If they don't seem to want to see you besides for school, let it go. You can't force yourself on people. It is their loss, anyway.

ok so at my highschool we got a pool and have to go swimming. the problem is i dont feel comfrontable taking off ALL my clothes to wear my bathing suit infront of everyone.. they think just because we are all girls and have the same body parents that it is ok but i personaly dont think that is right.. and another thing is we cant use the "girl problem" to stop us from swimming" but i have NEVER used a tampon and i have heared from my friends that the doctor has told them it is bad for you and can mess up soemthing down there?? what can i do??

I just met this girl in pottery and she is really cool.( we are both Freshman) We were just talking and she said she used to cut herself and do drugs but not anymore.She said in the summer of 2009 (when we graduate) her and her friends from a different school are going to burn down there old school and then stand across from each other and shoot themselves because they all want to die at the same time.I dont know if I should tell anybody.She sounds really serious about it and I dont kno what I should do.I dont think I can tell a consouler because they will confront her and she will know it was me because i was the only person she told.Ill rate high (link)

Well, if you want to be friends with the person, then sure. It is his/her loss if they think you are too "creepy" to be friends with them. In that case, they aren't the type that you'd want to associate with in the first place. Besides, being normal is overrated.
