ok so i know this is weird...... and i dont know if you have started your period yet but......okay so like my blood flow is REALLLY heavy and im afraid its going to leak @ skool or something. and i wear really big jumbo pads, but that might not stop the smelllll!!!!!!!!!!!

well i havent started yet but i have learned alot from my sister. there are heavy duty pads and you can always use a tampon but if your flowing that hard, make sure you change the pad or tampon probably in the middle of the day during lunch or something because you could get ts ((toxic shock)) from keeping a tampon in too long and it is deadly. but dont worry, your period will lighten up in a couple of days. also, if your loosing that much blood, make sure your eating things with lots of iron in it because my friend got sick from not having enough iron. if you need advice on putting a tampon in, i have answered a question like that already and it is on page 3 on my advice column. it is towards the bottom :]

Well, I'm fine with like, my stomach and everything, it's not that. It's the sides of my stomach, the hips. I know they go out because of curves and everything, but there's just a little more skin there then I like. Whenever I wear jeans [ and they're my size perfectly ], it looks as if the sides of my stomach are like, overlapping it, but it's just because of the extra skin. Is there any way to work that off?
omg i had that a few months ago and i did crunches where you lay on your side and do that kind so it works the sidesof your stomach more and itz helped alot!

I have little bumps all over my neck, shoulders, chest, and back. They totally gross me out, however they don't pop like acne, and acne medicine doesn't clear them up. Are they pimples or are they something else? How do I get rid othem?
sounds like you have the skin condition i have. in my case, itz genetic. dont worry, itz not cancer or not harmful or anything. they are just bumps. just apply lotion morning and night. and i started using olay body ribbons with jojoba butter and that really helped them flatten out.

A little more than two hours passed, and when my wife returned, she was met with scared employees. Once she was given the dog, she knew why. Motita was frightened, disoriented, and in shock. About 30 minutes later, Motita started to bleed from her nose and mouth. Thirty minutes later, while my wife rushed her to a vet, Motita passed away. I have my ideas, but what are some of the possible causes of her death?

i have medium length hair(a little past my shoulders) and its NATURALLY STRAIGHT!!! i try scrunching it many times, but it usualy just goes straight again, or it looks really greasy. ive already tried wetting it, then using gel to scrunch it(and i flipped it upsidedown and did that) but nothing seems to work!! PLEASE HELP ME GET MY HAIR TO LOOK CUTE, YET SCRUNCHED! THANKS!
sorry when you have naturally straight hair like that, you cant scrunch it. it just wont go, i have a lot of friends like that. you could curl your hair in really skinny strands and it will look scrunched. even though i can scrunch my hair, i have curled my hair in little strands and it looked just like it does when u curl it except smoother looking. good luck!

Hello, I`m 14 years old && 5 months pregnant, && my boyfriend is 15. && I haven`t seen him for over 2 weeks && I`m starting to get worried I talk to him once && awhile but we always argue but then we make up by the end && we always fight because hes always fucked up && doesn`t get or understand what i`m sayin. i want to try out for cheerdancing but before that, my coach says i have to focus on my weight. she said i was too heavy but i'm still able to do stuff like cartwheel, handstand,etc. does anyone have tips on how to lose weight in a healthy way?? i'd appreciate it. by the way, i think tryouts are gonna be weeks from now.

well the most weigh you should lose a week healthily ((is that even a word? haha o well)) is 2-3 pounds but itz not terrible if you lose a little more cuz the people on tv lose 15 pounds a week with that medicine and they are still healthy! :]
Ok i have a size 38C breasts and i am in 8th grade i always wear a shirt over my bathing suits and i never wear 2 peices becasue my boobs hang out....i hate big breasts! so here are my questions:
1.) How do i make my boobs look smaller?
2.) if i do crunches will they shrink??
yea i agree with them, a minimizer bra would probably be the best thing. when my sister was in 6th grade she was a 36C so she went thru the same thing. good luck!

it was pretty hard for me too and i finally got the guts to ask her when i was 11 but if you cant, you can always write her a note. and if you have an older brother or sister that can drive, maybe they can take you to get shaving cream and a razor. good luck! hope i helped

can you only use soft bananas for banana bread? also, is there a way to make it without a boxed banana bread mix? approximately how many bananas do you need to make one? thank you :)
omg i have THE BEST banana bread recipe! itz sooo moist! i made some today:]
it is...
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup (or 1/2 stick) melted butter
*2 cups(3-4)of RIPE MASHED bananas
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
**1 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Mix ingredients in order listen. Bake in a greased bread pan for 20 to 25 minutes ((make sure itz ready at 25 minutes cuz it may not be)) at 350 degrees.
*make sure the bananas are like REALLY squishy and brown. they get ripe faster when you put them in the fridge. i know it looks really gross, but it makes THE BEST banana bread
**my opinion is nuts ruin the banana bread and you can take the bread better without them. but if you like nuts..then thats you choice.

kk so there's this guy in my l.a. class and he's so awesomely hooot sweet funny and nice. on friday we were decorating our compistion books and he came up 2 me and put a sticker on me that said elmo loves you and at the same time he said elmo loves you... well i really really like him and kinda thinks he likes me how do i get him to notice me and make us best friends and maybe more.....

just start talking to him more, walking with him in the halls as much as you can. sometimes i slip notes in peoples lockers, not like love notes but just like asking how school is in stuff and then tell them wat my locker # is so they can write back. maybe you could get his myspace/aim sn/e-mail and if your really brave ((unlike me)) you could talk to him on the phone. if it tevin that you like, be careful cuz he is a big flirt to almost everyone but you never know, he could like you. i dont think you wrong to ask guys to dances, but thats just me. to really get a good answer, if you have a really good guy friend, ask him wat he thinks cuz you will get the best results with that. good luck with that special someone! hope i helped

whats the most weight you could lose in 3 and a half weeks healthily?
i know this is kinda weird but the most you should loose a week and still be healthy is 2-3 pounds and anymore than that is considered unhealthy so probably the most weight you could loose in a healthy was is about 7-11 pounds
I love glitter on my eyes but i use body glitter and i ran out, i would really like soemthing to put on my eyes that is glitter. NOT SHIMMER and and not eye shadow, so does anybody know any products that are just glitter for your eyes that are easy to put on?

I'm 13 years old and interested in getting braces. My teeth really aren't that bad and my mom doesn't wanna pay for the braces. But, I would still like to have the teeth on the top of my mouth nicely alined. How much would braces cost if you didn't need them too badly? And also, if the cost is too much, then can you/would it help to just have a retainer, or do you have to have braces first?
a retainer just holds your teeth in place so itz for after braces........the lowest price i have found for braces it about 3,800 dollars soo yea, they are pretty expensive and you have to pay like half of it down on your 1st visit. my braces are 4,200 and i have been prices in the 5,000's too maybe you could check invisiline...that might be cheaper. hope i helped
