sides of stomach. Well, I'm fine with like, my stomach and everything, it's not that. It's the sides of my stomach, the hips. I know they go out because of curves and everything, but there's just a little more skin there then I like. Whenever I wear jeans [ and they're my size perfectly ], it looks as if the sides of my stomach are like, overlapping it, but it's just because of the extra skin. Is there any way to work that off?

omg i had that a few months ago and i did crunches where you lay on your side and do that kind so it works the sidesof your stomach more and itz helped alot!

buy your jeans a size bigger its really the only way to go. when your jeans are too tight, it restricts how much skin can fit in them . if theyre a size bigger, your skin wont hang over. ]
They're called love handles and alot of people have them. All I can suggest is too work out, lay on your side and lift one leg up repeately and then switch legs. I don`t know what the excersize is but just try that and excersize once a day. :] ♥ ]
