my cousin is getting married in july.
i'm currently 150 pounds.
what can i do to weigh 115 or so by then.
i especially want to lose the weight on my arms, legs, and stomach.
is running good for all of these? and how long od you think it will take for me to weigh that much.
yes, running is very good!
it helps you to lose weight all over.
also, cutting back calories and carbs will help.
try a diet, too. that sounds kinda mean and harsh, but i dont mean it to sound that way.

i'm gonna show you a picture of my dog, right below here.
Tuesday night we found him on our porch, we don't know what happened to him, and i was hoping someone on here could tell me whats wrong, or what happened.
we don't have enough money to take him to a vet..but we have this ointment stuff, and one of our other dogs got cut and it healed him, so this should definetly work, but everyone else is telling us to get "blue ointment"?
well here he is, does anyone think he got cut or burnt?
my dad thinks he got ranover, but we're not so sure.

oh and this 'cut' is located on his back, almost by his tail, and it's really wide, thick, and kinda long.

okay well im not fat. i have like some stomach fat though, like when i wear shirts most of the time it doesnt show, its not much but im self concious in the summer when i go swimming and stuff. i cant go to a gym and stuff but what can i do at home to get rid of it
crunches help, but if you do too many, itll build muscle under your stomach fat and give you a bigger belly!
eat right. cut out soda, and drink PLENTY of water
run a lot. around your neighborhood, up the stairs, wherever!

i hooked up with my friends bf. yes it was stupid and i really regret it so dont tell me how bad it was. I feel terrible but i made a mistake. now everyone knows. what do i do. (we have the same freinds)
go up to your friend and explain what happened
and sure she'll be REALLY mad at you for a while, but if i were her, id rather hear it from you than from someone else, this way you can show her you know it was wrong and it meant nothing to you and you feel really bad
dont push her to forgive you, cause like you said, you know how bad it was.

ok im 17 my boyfriend is almost 18. weve been together a year and 4 months and weve never had sex. he has a high sexual drive i guess, but were waiting.. well mainly me, and hes always respected that.. we are both virgins. theres been times when weve been at his house and ill fall asleep with him watchin tv or something, and he'll grind up against me. im a very deep sleeper so im sure hes not that worried about waking me up. i usually lay on my stomach because thats how i sleep, and he'll 'position' himself so itll feel good to him i guess. sometimes id really be awake and he wouldnt know it, other times he'd wake me up doing that. tonight, he started to do that again. after a little bit, he proceeded to get up, put lotion on my hand and work my hand around to give him a hand job and he was gettin off on it.. this whole time i was "asleep" but i was actually awake.. by this time i decided to see what he'd do because hes never done that before. if i started to squirm like i was "waking up", hed stop and kinda stroke my back or somethimg till i was back "asleep". afterwards he got on top of me.. im still on my stomach.. and he progressively pulled my pants and underwear down on the back so that he could rub up against my butt [he only pulled the back down, but his 'thing' was actually out of his pants]. he never actually went in.. id kill him.. but he kept pulling my pants down more and going lower and lower. eventually i "woke up", jumped up and yelled "what the h--- do you think youre doing???". he acted startled, just said "nothing!" and picked up the phone. i ran around got my purse and my keys and ran out the door, halfway cryin by now. he ran after me yellin "baby wait.. baby please!" and tryed to stop me but i told him not to touch me and left. i know he wouldnt rape me, hes not like that, but what could possibly be going through his mind? hes called me almost 15 times already in an hour's time and has left me voice mails begging me to call him, let him explain, but im ignoring his calls. supposedly hes somewhere, not going back home or anywhere till i talk to him. in one voice mail he says he thought i was awake.. wtf? i acted dead asleep. i wasnt going along with anything. i dont know what to do i feel so.. violated? i mean, did i do the right thing by running out? im not ready to talk to him, all ill do is yell and cuss him out.. but am i overreacting? hes never done anything remotely like this before. someone help me =[

I had sex a lil over a week ago and 2 days later i bleed for four days. I'm not sure if it was my period or not because every time i have sex i always bleed afterwards. (Usually i have rough sex) Well yesterday and today i have felt sick to my stomach, lightheaded, and felt like i was about to fall over at times.
And i havent had my period in a about 2 months so i cant really go off my missed period if you guys just recommend me taking a test. Am i just sick or are these early early signs of pregnancy?

me & my boyfriend are REALLY REALLY serious and i dont know what to get him for christmas.
i was going to get personalized dog tags but i found out he wouldnt really like that.
well now since i know that im going to get him a joke gift of a dog tag that says michelles property 9-21-06 (name& date we started dating.)
now i know i at least am going to try to get a chain for him...i know hell like it for a fact... but thats all i know to get him.
(other things ive given him before:
-personalized chocolate from hersheys

-a watch
-pj pants
-favorite deserts
and thats all)
i cant think of to give him.
(remember i cant drive and dont have any one to be able to drive us anywhere for a dinner or anything like that.)

Question already asked but was put on like the last page buttt anywayyy, I have alot of body odor, I take a shower in the morning, scrub with soap well under my arms, put on gel deadorant or axe, sometimes both before I leave for school, then around the end of first period I can smell my body odor, luckily it's not bad that other people around smell it, just if they hugged me they probably would which is sometimes why I don't hug anyone. And I almost have to reapply every class. Any suggestions?? and I also don't eat that much junk food so any help would be great, thanks.

srry its a bit long. Im in grade 10 and shes in grade 11. shes in my cooking class and we've been spending alot of time together like hanging out at lunch and cooking together during class. 2 weeks ago we went outside during class so she could have a smoke and i was counting my money for lunch and she took a dollar from me and put it in her back pocket and she said if you want it back you'll have to get it so i grabed her butt lol than she had her smoke and we went back in side. this week i went to the store at lunch with her and her friend (a girl) and on the way back from the store while her friend wasnt looking we made out for a second. later that night i asked her if she likes me and shes like no and im like ok. so today i was talkin to her on MSN we were talkin than she had to go and i said bye and she said luv you and im like i love you 2 and shes like i no you do. I really like this girl but im not shure if she likes me back or what. what do you think and what should i do bout this?

ask her again. if she ever says i love you, say something like you should never say what you dont mean, or liar! or something, kind of sarcastic, but see her reaction. she might have lied the first time because she was just nervous. maybe she really does like you, but you wont know until you ask. or you can ask one of her friends

Hey. I'm 14/F and my friend is 13/F. She was diagnosed with Luekimia last month. Can anyone think of thinks a FOURTEEN YEAR OLD can do, someone with very little money on her hands, to raise some money or help out my friend Caroline. I really want to help, and someone else has already organized a walk to raise money so that idea is out. Any ideas would be very much appreciated and I do rate.

P.S. I don't know what kind of luekimia she has but I know she has started Chemo already and she's really sick due to the side affects of it.

You can start to raise awareness in your school.
Put up posters, make announcements, talk to teachers about bringing in guests to speak to your school about leukemia.
Collect donations at your school to give to a leukemia fund.
Also, you can make your friend a scrapbook! Fill it with pictures and memories of you and all your friends

Okay well I just had my period twice, and it was 22 days apart. It's been 32 days since my last period. Is it normal for your periods to be spread out the first few times you have it? Oh, and I have never had sex so I can't be pregnant.
