well one of my parents are a little technically challenged so they leave traces on the computer that are very easy to find. I was looking back in my history to find a page i visited yesterday and i found yahoo profiles of people in my state. Idk if they meet these people but i do know they talked to them. I installed a keylogger and saw a few convos that suspected it. Plus a webcam i've never seen which i can guess is used for. Should i bring it up or let it be?? Advice, thanks

You should probably not mention it, since it could make them angry. There's nothing you can do about it anyways.

I just took one in the internet, it was timed and it only consisted of 40 questions.
I got 110.4.
is this good, or bad?
avarage?

can some one give me the ruberic breakdown of the scores to average/belowaverage etc?

average or slightly above. Online IQ tests are notoriously inaccurate, though; especially if you're under 20.

I want to buy the new Motorola Krazr (idk if thats how it is spelled) but im a bit confused about how this vCast music thing or whatevr goes. my friend uses that and pays 2 dollars per song she purchases, but she has the Chocolate. I have limewire and over 1000 songs on there (i know the krazr only holds like 500) but is tehre any way i can just download the music from my computer onto the phone? Like with a cable? BEcause i cannot afford 2 dollars per song and i already have music on my computer. so thank you for anyone who knows what im talkin about!

You can hook up a USB cable to the phone; it will then look like a new drive on your "my computer" page, like a USB/flash drive. If you drag MP3 files into either that drive or a folder in it(I'm not sure which), you should be able to play it on your phone.

I have an Olympus digital camera & I can record movies on there and videos. When I upload them onto my computer, I can't hear any sound. How do I fix this?

Thank you.

It probably doesn't have a microphone on it.

when you edit your videos on windows movie maker, is there a way you can increase the volume of the clips?

On the bottom timeline bar, click the "set audio levels" in the upper left. Then move the slider left. If you want to adjust the volume for a specific clip, find the audio associated with it in the timeline; it's in the "audio" row, not the "audio/music" row. Right click it and select volume

Does anyone know of any online test or survey or something that could help me possibly find my college major?
I have no idea what I want to do, and I just wanted to experiment to see what was possible for me.

on www.UrbanDictionary.com under Tools at the bottom, it says you could send a text message through your fone and it will give you the defination. does that cost money? and what number do you send it to? thanx so much!

It's not a text message, it's an email using your phone. So it only costs money if your phone charges you for sending email.

I will not say what I believe in for abortion because that may influence your answer..but someone brought this to my attention...
do you consider this an exception for abortion..if an 11 year old girl got pregnant(raped) and her hips couldn't support the baby. Do you believe that when a girl has her period she is ready to give child birth even though her age may not be? Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Someone that young isn't ready to raise a child. Abortion should always be allowed. Children are "alive" before they are born, that is undeniable. Every cell in our bodies is alive, but that doesn't mean each one is a human that deserves to live. Unborn babies are just a collection of cells until they have the ability to reason. Read this:

Is there anyways to get diffrent layouts then just what Advicenator has. Such as Xanga or myspace backgrounds?
I need to know this ASAP.

You have to have a paid account for custom layouts. It says so right on the column settings.

i just downloaded frostwire and it looks he same as limewire. is frostwire safer than limwire? can i still get viruses from it? what is frostwire exactly?

You can connect to 4 ultrapeers instead of 3(making it faster) and frostwire always shows "turbocharged". There is also no nag screen. You can still get viruses from it. No program that connects to the gnutella network makes you immune to viruses. The only thing that will protect you from viruses while using a gnutella client is common sense.

whenever people ask a really obvious question that could be googled, i see other columnists post a picture of the google toolbar with whatever theyre searching in the search engine. so i wondering how they got that picture to paste on here, cause when i tried it it didnt work?

[ search ]what's in the search box [ /search]
without spaces.
You can actually search with that, press the search button:
only search advicenators.com

Additionally, advicenators (probably) gets money from every search someone does using that, so it's better to use that than link to a google search.

for my whole life i've only been typing with my 2 index fingers. my friends make fun of me for it and i really want to know the real way to type. and im afraid i cant get out of my old habit of typing.. what fingers go on what keys??? any tips?

left index finger goes on F right on J. You'll notice there are little bumps on those keys. Then just let the rest of your fingers relax on ASDF and JKL;(little finger goes on semicolon). These free programs will help you:
http://www.download.com/Stamina-Typing-Tutor/3000-2051_4-10147305.html?tag=lst-3-5
http://www.download.com/TypingMaster-Typing-Test/3000-2051_4-10452924.html?tag=lst-3-9
http://www.download.com/Bruce-s-Unusual-Typing-Wizard/3000-2051_4-10560082.html?tag=lst-3-9

the person below me is wrong, by the way. I suppose you could type like that, but it's not the most efficient way, and not the way usually taught.

does anyone know of a website that hosts?
something where i can put up the layouts i make, such as joycrusher.com

http://trap17.net/ has really nice hosting. The catch is that they put an advertisement at the top of the page, but that's not really too bad. You'll then get a something.trap17.net address, if you want it to use a better domain you can go to http://www.joynic.com/ and get a something.us.tt address, for free. You have to manually turn off advertisements in their maze-like menus, though. The best way to show layouts is to just make a myspace account for the layout, and link to it.

I want your opinion if I should have limewire, frost wire, or none.

I had limewire several times and the reason why I say several times is because whne I download it and after downloading thousands of songs, my computer gets infected with viruses and runs slower and brakes my computer down so I have to get the computer fixing guy to restart everything on my computer as if I just bought it. Probably the viruses are because on limewire you download stuff off of other people's computer, virus included. Then I had the urge to download it again because I can't download my music anywhere else. Therefor getting my computer broken, fixed, and the whole cycle continues and nows my longest record of not having limewire for a year!

Then I heard of Frost wire, but I'm not sure if it's safe because I do not want to go to the computer guy to get it fixed again because I already wasted 1000 bucks from getting it fixed 5 times.

You're liek a professional so I want to get your advice first =)

short answer: go with frostwire, but be careful what you download and have an antivirus/antispyware/firewall/browser.
long answer:

Any malware you get comes from the files you download using the application, not the application itself. Frostwire, limewire, bearshare, and many other clients all use the Gnutella filesharing network. That means that they are all connected, and a file you find in one can be found in another. If you download an EXE, you're bound to get a virus, no matter what client you use. But frostwire warns you, and it downloads faster, so I'd go with that one. You might also be interested in bittorrent. It is much less likely you get a virus with bittorrent, because search sites usually weed them out. Here's my guide on bittorrent:

"Itunes could not connect to the itunes music store. Make sure your network connection is active and try again" Which is a little rediculous. Since obviously its connected. I'M ON THIS WEBSITE! lol.

I would appreciate it if you didn't just google and take one of the first few answers your find, since I am perfectly capable of doing that myself.

TEMPORARILY turn off your firewall. Also, after you turn off some firewalls, the windows firewall automatically turns on(annoyingly). If you never installed a firewall and use XP SP2, windows firewall is on. Go to start>control panel>classic view>windows firewall and turn it off. Here's apple's troubleshooting page on that issue:
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=300870 (it gives pretty much the same advice as I do). Take a look at this thread, also:
http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=848384&tstart=0
a solution isn't posted there now, but there might be in a few days.

If turning your firewall off works, add an exception for 3689(I think) UDP and TCP.

does anyone know how i could burn a cd with music off the internet or limewire.. i don't exactly have a burning system..

You must have a cd burner on your computer in order to burn cds, it's impossible otherwise. Here's a cheap external burner, if you don't have one:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16827106036
If you look for burners, be careful that you don't accidentally buy the cover or other accessories for a burner instead of an actual burner. After you have a burner you need a program like cdburner xp pro:
