Ok, please hear me out, and give your honest opinion.
I am a male in high school and am a straight guy. But there is this one kid that I can't get off my mind.
He is a very good looking guy and he's not mean or anything, I just feel like I want to talk to him all the time and be with him. But every time that we talk I feel like I'm the one that keeps starting conversations and he never starts them..
I don't think I 'like' him, I'm not sure.
Like for example, he's a trouble maker but not a bad one, and every time he does something stupid, I'm always the one to look at his gorgeous eyes and smile and his smile is so awesome I can't even describe it. And the way he smiles at me I feel like there's something more.. but I'm not sure. :(
So as I said, I'm not gay, but I just want to bring up this relationship as friends and see where that goes.
How can I get him to talk to me more?
We talk on AIM, Facebook, MySpace, but we end up just running out of things to talk about..
ALSO! How can I get him to talk about his life? Like what can I say to him that will get him talking about himself personally.

Okay, well you said you werent gay, but could you maybe be bisexual? Also, you are at "that age" where you might be "curious"...if you know what I mean. It might just be a phase. If you are bi, there is nothing to be ashamed of. I personally have a (female) bi friend and when she told me, she asked if i was freaked out. I said no, which was honest. She told me how a lot of her friends turned on her when she told them, probably because they were afraid she had a crush on them. BUT ANYWAYS, back to you. There is a possibility you are bi.
Okay, how to talk to him more. If you are in the same classes, ask him about homework, a test, or anything school related. If a conversation doesnt really kick off from that, dont hang around trying out different subjects all at the same time, its a little weird/clingy, if you know what i mean. Next time, ask him what he did over the weekend. Ask him if hes busy and wants to play basketball, or go to the movies with a bunch of friends, or whatever you or he likes to do in your (or his) spare time.
TO get him to talk about himself personally- just ask! dont be shy. You can say anything. Ask him if hes trying out for, well this might be a little late, but basketball or track or whatever other sports your school offers. Ask him if hes trying out for the school play. Ask him what hes doing over the summer. Things like that can spark good conversation.

So does that mean I can use any color sculpey clay then bake it in the oven (Bad idea? Should I borrow my school's kiln instead?) and then color them with acrylics? I have no background in art so I do not know what order I should do the steps in or what to use.

Well, they make oven-bake clay, that you can use your oven for. They come in a variety of colors, so you wouldnt need to paint them. Or, you can buy plain colored oven bake clay and paint that.
They sell it at most craft stores.

Ok well im 14/f and i kind of want to ask about birth control but i dont want it to be awkward. my period tends to be long like 7 days while my moms is only 5 and i havent even had it for a year but i really dont like it. I've started getting some pain because of it just mild cramping and lower back pain but im also kind of more tired i think and i got it in the beginning of nov. and now i just got it again! its only like 20 days in between and sum of those birth controls sound so cool like only having your period for 4 days every other month or w/e. for sum reason i just really dont like my period! i dont know why i just don't. it doesnt really hurt or anything it just makes things more difficult i guess. anyway am i too young to think of asking for birth control? i have an abstinence ring and def. am not going to have sex so would my mom still want to say no or what? thanks!
Well first off, your period takes years to become "normal".
TO deal with the pain, take advil or midol, which works really well.
Don't worry, you arent alone, A lot of girls hate their period, its just a pain!
If you really want it, tell your mom about the pain, and how its just a bother to you. Ask her if theres anything you can do, maybe she'll recommend birth control

I had NO idea. Over the last few years, since my family moved to where we are now (it's been 5 years), my sister hasn't been making the greatest friends and gets in fights with them a lot, but I didn't know she was turning into such a bad kid. I'm 15 years old, I've never touched alcohol and neither have most of my friends, never even thought about smoking or drugs or anything.
My sister is 12. I know it's wrong to snoop but I looked at her journal thing cause she left it out and every single line is something bad she did. She drinks beer when no one is home or when she is with friends. She steals cigarettes from my mom, gives them to her friends, and she has tried one. Apparently she cut herself once.
What the hell do I do? I have never really had anything bad happen to me before and I feel like it's all my fault. I have tried to just not pay attention to her ever since she started annoying me a few years ago so we rarely talked. And now that I realize how much this has come to I'm shaking. I'm scared and confused and sad and guilty and just shocked at everything. How could she be this screwed up? I can't imagine ANYONE having that many problems and still no one would know for this long, let alone a TWELVE YEAR OLD. This is unbelievable and I don't know what to do. I will feel so weird going to my parents with this because all along they've been saying I need to be the one to straighten her out (just because her friends were mean, they have no idea about the rest), and I tend to push away problems and convince myself they aren't there, to let other people deal with them. So now it all boils down to me and I have no clue what I'm going to do. This is the most bizarre feeling I have ever had.
How could she? I don't even know how to phrase anything I want to break down and cry. Who corrupts their life like that at 12 years old? She's in SIXTH GRADE!
Please help me! I am so confused I don't know what to do!!!!
You can't change what she did, but you can prevent it from happening again.
You have to talk to your parents. She'll hate you, but its for her own good. Bring her journal to them and then they will see whats going on. You'll probably feel bad, but what would you rather have:an angry sister, or one dying from liver failure or lung cancer.
