My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

welll..i used to be friends with this girl but not anymore because yeah to put it short she was a backstabbing bitch. and well i get to see her in a couple weeks at this event. and i want to make her jealous like OH MY GOSH shes so pretty omg i miss her blah blah. wut can i do to kind of make her jealous!? lol sounds really bad but i just wanna get back at her and show her im better!!

Lmao, I think that's just pretty funny. What exactly do you want to make her jelous of? Your looks, guys, etc.? Just be fun and outgoing and don't be rude though. Like don't lie about things you don't have to make her jelous because that won't work. If you have to proove that you are better then her that's fine, but it doesn't make you any different then her. You can say things that you know will get on her nerves and make her jelous.

wut do you consider being overboard when "flirting and meeting new people" because like sometimes im shy so its hard but then like if i try to hard i might go overboard.lol im a really bad flirter if i just meet the person you know?! like im bugging them or something . and if you say hey to some cutie and they dont stop to talk..do i just forget about them?! cuz i dont wanna chase them haha thatd be embarassing!! but i dont know what to do?!.

What I meant was if you try really hard to impress the guy with flirting, you might tend to go overboard. Meet guys out of your school. You don't necesarally have to flirt with every guy you just meet, but just talk to him and once you get comftrable around him you will start to flirt and not even notice. The thing is, when you see a cute guy and he glances over at you, flash him a smile. If you guys keep looking at each other make eye contact. Then go up to him and say hey, what's up? If you feel more confident with talking to him by yourself, or with your friends. It's really your choice. If you say something to a guy and they give you a dirty look, then they are just being jerks so leave him alone.

Hello, everyone. It's Krissy - Krissyxx9. I'm going to get my hair cut real soon. One problem, I don't know how to get it cut. I know I want it shorter. (Maybe up to my shoulders?) With a bunch of chopper layers.


I was thinking that maybe I'll get some side bangs, but I'm not too sure about that. I guess I'm just looking for some suggestions on how to get my hair cut? Thanks guys. :)

Yo Krissy!! Haha, well layers are really cute but you can never straighten them because they eather flip out of in. It's really frustrating. You should get side bangs but differnt lenghts. Get layers in the front & the back but if I were you I wouldn't get so many because it will also make your hair seem shorter. Anyways, get bangs, and layers so yeah your idea sounds cute.

Ok. Where Should I start? Ok.
There is this new girl that just moved here about a month ago named Katelyn. She has a little attitude problem. See I have a Best Best Best (i know alot of bests!) friend Sam and she is going out with this guy named Kyle. Kyle used to Like Katelyn and now that Kaytelyn is single she is mad at Sam. Katelyn came up to me today and was like "Uh Whats up with Sam??" and I was like "Nothing. She is just sleepy. Why?" and she was like "Uh Well she has a little problem. Because She saw Kyle looking at me today and started smarting off to me!!" and I was like "So, Who cares." and she was like "Well she better get over it!" and a couple of hours later she keeps asking me if I am Sams friend and I'm like Yeah! Why is she doing this? To Break up our friendship? I am really getting sick of hearing he mouth! What Can I Do!?!? Thanks!

Don't let her get to you because she is just really jelous of Sam & Kyle. Don't let her be rude like that because she will think she has advantage of your feelings and she will do anything to break it off. When she asks you something about Sam or Kyle, just tell her to back off because she won't get him & that it's really pointless for her to try. You also need to talk to Sam and tell her not to give her "the look" Katelyn will think that she can just make her jelous so she will keep doing it. I know it might sound mean, but if I was Sam I would be all over Kyle right infront of her so it can make her soo jelous & she will get really mad! Haha. Just ignore her. She knows what she is doing is bothering the crap out of you so that's why she will keep doing it. Laugh at her when she trys to do something between you or Sam & Kyle.

Haha, uhm .. well all you can do is be flirty and be attractive. You aren't being selfish for wanting attention, but don't go overboard. Be outgoing, talk to a lot of guys but know your limits. Don't nag them so they think you are annoying, but be yourself & start conversations. Meet new people and you will get noticed. :)

First of all, whenever your friend has a boyfriend ask if he has some hot friends. They can hook you up! Haha, but seriously. It's not wrong at all that you like attention. A lot of people do & it's nice. I think that saying " You always want what you can't have" is sometimes true because you can if you wanted to. Don't feel bad if you are atracted to a guy. Just don't flirt with your friends boyfriend, because you know how us girls get.. jelous lol. So don't think that you are selfish. When you meet new guys, just be a flirt. They will notice that and that's how realationships get going. You can get guys attention. Be nice, have fun and give them signs that they will know you are atracted to them. ♥

Are you going somewhere where you guys will be outside?? Anyways, what's your style? Girly? That's what I'm guessing lol. Well.. since it's cold you are going to have to wear a jacket or something. Do you have a jean jacket or any cute little sweaters that button up? If not then wear a cute hoodie and jeans, cute scarf, matching shoes & purse and do something cute with your hair and make up and trust me you'll look really cute. Just try to match things that you have in your closet or borrow something from your best friends.

eeeeeek! i have to do my presentation on friday =O im sooo scared! and like i keep thinking.. just do the presentation and get it over with then its the weekend!! but it wouldnt be as bad if there wasnt this REALLY HOTT kid in there..and the presentation is kind of like a play.so thats really embarassing!! =\

It always sucks when you like the same guy. Friends come before guys, and if she really likes this guy, I think you should stay away from him. I don't mean like don't talk to him and don't be near him, but don't do anything to hurt her. If he wants to do things with you don't. Before any of that, does he even like her? Since she is your best friend, you should talk to her and tell her. Best friends tell each other everything, so don't keep it from her. I don't think she would be mad at you because you really can't help who you like. Just tell her and figure this whole thing out. You basiclly answered your own question though.

okay so right now im in a wonderful relationship and im really in love with this guy. but i often have feelings towards other guys. like this one guy..lets call him jim. jim is like a guy version of me. same personaly same likes and dislikes and we can talk for hours. and i keep going in and out a phases of likeing him. but the thing with him is that were "just freinds" and we already establish the fact that we only like eachother as freinds. but i cant help but like him and love my boyfreind. If you "love" your boyfriend stay with him. To me it seems like you just want to go on a break for a while. You seem to be really good friends with Jim so if you say you love your boyfriend, be with him. I also think that Jim might like you. Just see what happens. If things are meant to be, they will turn out that way. Just see what you want for now.

have you ever heard of a straightening thing called CHI that helps prevent like split ends and stufF? cuz i bought it today since i couldnt find a sallys to find that ion stuff. well just wondering if you heard of this stuff and if it was any good!

Yes I have heard of it. I just know of the straightner but I'm not positive if it works all that good. They might have the Ion sprays at Walgreens or something. Just look around.

i bought this bronzer stuff today..and its a little bit darker than my acutal skin but im pretty tan but i dont want it to look fakey..you know? so like do you know if its gonna look like im wearing alot of makeup and blotchy?! well i hope not cuz its kind of little and it was $6 =\ well thank you!

If you blend it in good then no. Make sure you don't have a mask though. When you are applying it, make sure you also put some under your chin and a little on the neck so it all blends in together. During the day fix it up so you don't have spots.

Okay. I'm 13 and haven't had my period yet. All the other girls have but not me. I kno that you get discharge. yeahh i've had that for about a year. and its recently turned to a light brown color for about 4 days then turned white again. Do you happen to kno why it did that?

It could be an irregular period. Usually when you get colored discharge, you should be getting your period. Your urine might be dark yellow also, but it's all normal. Just wear light pads just incase.
