My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

im sure you've all seen this question a million times but its getting around christmas time and i have no idea what to buy my best friend. The girl has everything no lie. You can never have everything. I'm sure there are things she wants. Necklaces, perfumes, earings, some more clothes, purses. A good thing to get her would be a make up set. You can get one at like Famour Bar or Dillards for a good price.

If you aren't sure you love someone, you probablly don't. It's just that you really like him and you are probablly having mixed emotions. That was really shallow of him though.. I bet you aren't ugly, but he is just a jerk. I know that moving on is REALLY difficult, but this guy really isn't for you. I mean you deserve someone better & nicer and someone who won't just say you're ugly after everything you guys been through. You can just talk to him again and tell him how you feel though. That's not a bad idea. If he acts ignorant, just try being friends with him and try to move on even though it might take you a while. I love you too even though I don't know who this is. :)

I think you might be worried about what people will think of you if you were outgoing. Outgoing means just having fun at whatever you're doing and don't be afraid of that. No one will think anything bad about you if you just have fun and be flirty. That's what most people are afraid of. You need to talk to talk to that boy! Who cares if the "popular" girls talk to him, you can too & you should. You need to listen to happy happy songs. :D It will make you feel better! Just go out and be nice, fun, energetic & flirty and meet new guys.

well im about 5'6-5'7 and im pretty skinny about 120ish?.well i think? but my tummy is gettin a weee bit big lol..i dont know if its just me thinking its gettin bigger or it really is..but sometimes i doo like sit ups about 30-50 each day..thats not enough exercise is it..and do you know any like easy or uncomplicated excercises i could do to make my butt any bigger or ne thing? thankssss

Oh wow. So wait, you haven't met him or have you just not talked to him & stuff?? Anyways, since you don't see him often, you REALLY NEED to make a move. When you see him, you should go up to him with your friends and introduce yourself and just say heyy! If you want this guy to be friends with you at least for now, you need to do it. Just be fun & flirty. I know you have to get to know a person to open up, but just be yourself. He might get attracted to you by just being who you are. Have fun talking to him & just relax because he won't think bad about you.

You should just talk to a lot more people right now and try to make a lot more friends. If you're nice to them, you might get invited. I know what you mean by drinking a little and stuff. I mean that's just fun, but make sure you know your limits. If you don't get invited, just get some friends together and do something fun.

wow so this week is gonna be a DraB.. because usually when i have alot of things to doo the week goes by fast because i have stuff to look forward to..but i have to work this weekend and go to a family function (blahhhh..) and then there goes my weekend!! it feels like the week takes forever and then when you get to the weekend its kind of liek an accomplishment because you get to do what youve been waiting for all weekend..and so now i have to wait all this week AND next week to do something fun since i cant really do anything this weekend..and i wont be seen any cuties either..DANGGG IT! this sucks..it really depresses me ..hmmm

It wouldn't be weird if you made eye contact. That's good. It's also flirting and if you flash a cute smile, it's a sign of attraction. I know you might feel weird if you just go up to the guy you like and say hey, but if you want to get his attention then you have to. When you talk to him don't be all quiet and shy, just be flirty and fun so the guy has more interest in you. Even if he is with other people, find a way to talk to him. Maybe on AIM?

what happens if you talk to a guy for the first time and you think he is a hottie..but your face gets red =0 because then he will know your nervous to talk to him and also that he is very attractive..but yeah maybe if you could help me on what to say to introduce myself to them or what to talk about if im just meeting them for the first time..then maybe it would not be as akward..THANKS A TON!!!!

When you meet a new guy, you just have to be flirty and fun. The guy will get a good impression on you. If your face gets a little red, that's normal. You can't control that. Just say heyy & then start a conversation from there.

SooOoo.. i have like light brownish hair..sorta some blonde highlights showing not much but i dont know my mom doesnt like me dying my hair so she makes me lowlight it..so thats what i usually doo and like im gettin my haircut sometime soon and i dont know what to do because i hate the color it is right now and everytime i lowlight it to try and make it darker the highlights from before always come up again..do you think it would look cute a lil darker? because i dont really like highlights..i dont know why ..ive tried it before but yahh NO! lol well thanks.

I think that you should just dye your hair one color since you don't like high lights. Just talk to your mom and tell her to please let you since you really hate your hair and that it won't damage it and that you just want to dye it once. It worked for me. :D
