im 13M and weigh around 150. and im thinking on going on a diet. and have every vitamen and mineral covered exept protien. ya see, protien offten travels with fat and i dont know how to get protien into my diet without eating fating food. any ideas

eat things with prtien in it just dont over do it. dont eat over a serving. salmon is a very good food for you. full of protien and doesnt have much fat. its the most healthy food for you in the world. hope i helped! ;)

be a flapper. you should wear like a lacy back dress and wear a feather head band. curl your hair really good and it will look really sexy. wear fishnets stockings and high heals and a 20s style jacket. it will be sooo sexy. i was a flapper for halloween one year. my best costume ever! good luck
