well it's weird cause a while back me an this guy started dating and we dated off an on for like 3 years.. well he got sent away cause hes sucha badass and we broke up, when he got home we talked a little but i was in another relationship... So it just drifted away - a couple months later i see him and now all we do is hang out all the time .. or atleast around eachother .. it hurts me because he was my first love and ill love him til the day i die. Im scared though cause he was messing with a friend of mine which i helped them get together but now all the sudden hes telling people he wants to be with me again ... its scarey but my heart is crying for him .. what should i do?

I'm 16 & i admit, im currently head over heels with my best guy friend. He's loyal, truthful, funny, sweet, intelligent, gives me attention, flirts with me, & he's luckily single (actually-- neither of us have ever had a significant other.. which would suprise lots of people because -not to sound concieted- we're well liked & just plain good people.. and he for one is a GOOD catch) Anyways, we're kind of stuck in a rut. does any one know a decent diet that a guy who is 6"3 and weighing 17 stones (dont know what that is in america. think its about 240lbs) lose about 2 stone (28 lbs) i do go to the gym but i wanna turn the flab in to muscle and turn my belly into a peter andre style 6 pack

Crunches.. but only do them like once every few days cuz when you do it it rips your mucles and when you wait that's how you gain muscle. Run around your block everyday to burn calories! Good luck and plz rate me!
