Is it you absolute first time? Then i would start with pads first. On Monday? well... you can either skip a day to get used to it or bring a few pads in ur purse, locker...ect.
It usually last up to 7-9 days (depending on how heavy it is)... and it comes back about every month... (between 36 days i think is normal, but your first few years aren't that normal so just keep track and you'll flow with it) to keep track maybe mark on the calendar.

On my bus the older kids are mean to my best friend. They always steal her stuff. Like yesterday she had a gameboy with her and was playing sims and this kid stole it and wouldn't give it back until she gave him gum. She had to jump some seats to get it back. Well sticking up for you and you friend and defending your self would definatly help even though it IS really hard sometimes. Maybe tell the teacher, parent, pricipal, bus driver so that they can do something about it. You could try to scare the person away by slapping him in the face really hard. Or just dont sit near him.

I cried this morning, and I never cry. I haven`t cried in months so this was somewhat of a big deal and I almost killed myself but my friend calmed me down. I had the same problem last year with my BFF and now shes dumped me and i have no clue why but if you ever can, try talking to her about it.
