I'm a 19 yr old mainly agnostic ex philosophy student with rather strong views about a lot of things. I'm very liberal, love the diversity I live in in London and hate that America hasn't separated church from state.I'm engaged to the love of my life, but agree it is a little bizarre to get engaged at 18.
I'm confident, quite literally crazy, caring and crippled. My manual wheelchair is called Sebastian and he gets scared when he goes too fast, my electric is called Jermaine (after the Flight of the Conchords character) and he really does not like ice.
I can read Braille and I know basic sign language because I believe everyone should be given equal chances. I dislike it that money doesn't have Braille on it.
I'll do my best to help out with your situations, I've been in and seen many a family conflict, I've had my fair share or love life crises, I've had about every illness known to man (could tell you a lot of amusing stories about psychiatric wards) and I'm "The Queen of Hair Dye" so hopefully I'll have some idea about advice. If it looks like I don't give lots of advice, it's because I only advise on things I know about. I also detest poor spelling and grammar so although having dyslexia makes me a bit hypocritical about this.

i pierced my cartlige on my b-day on march 31 ... & now im doing cheerleading so they make me take it off ...no biggie, but when i was putting it back on i relized it was infected, so what can i do and shouldnt i do to make it feel better?! (bu the wasy it looks like a have a pimple on the back of the hole thingy but its the infection thingy
You have to get some surgical spirit and some cotton buds and clean it, it will sting like hell but hopefully kill some of teh bacteria in it. Also clean the metal bit wiht it too, and it will sting like hell when you put it in but it will make it better. if it gets worse, go to a doctor to get some antibiotics. If it stays infected for more than a week, go to the doctor to get some antibiotics, also if its swollen it could be a metal reaction, so change the metal to something nickle free as thats the main metal that people react to, so change it to titanium, thats a good metal for piercings.
And i would suggest not going swimming for a while, i did that when i got my belly button done, it gets it all infected and its not nice.

Are there any products that can cover up a mole on my face? I'm getting it removed sometime in the future, but for now I need something that can hide it. Foundation and powder aren't that thick enough to do the job.
Ive got loads of moles :( but they arnt that bad really, i suggest just ignoring it untill you have it removed, hope it all goes well!
for years i've been seeing these "gray swirls".. esp. when i get out of the shower, but other times too. i cant see anything except these gray swirls. kind of like when your tv isn't working? know what i mean? i get really dizzy when this happens and it lasts a few seconds and i cant see anything. ive gone to doctors and they like im crazy. my regular doctor told me to go to an eye doctor and i did, and they thought i was crazy. i want to look it up on the internet and stuff, but what do i search.. "gray swirls" haha that wont work.. whatever.. im probably just dying or something.

This is caused by having slightly low... its either blood pressure or something else do do with the way your blood goes around your body.
Its perfectly normal, but a little disconserting. Ive had it ever since i was tiny but you can develop it, but i dont think its anything too abnormal, and i dont see why your doctor didnt know what it was...
I might be wrong but If i am can you tell me so i can head to a doctor too? Hehe!

I think my friend has started to cut, but i'm not sure. A few of my friends and I are starting to get worried. She has tried sucidie before. How can I talk to her without her getting mad at me?
Oh a tough one, well as someone who used to cut, i know the mentality. If you dont know if she cuts, do not try to subltly tell her cutting is bad like mentioning it and saying how terrible it is, if she does it this will just make her feel uncomfortable and make her trust you less.
I think the best thing to do is moniter her behaviour, see when she is most depressed, try to spend a lot more time with her when she is down.
If you really do think she is cutting, you will have to ask her if she is, but remember to assure her that you are all there for her and that you just want to make her happy, dont make her feel bad, and dont cry or anything because that will make her feel worse for making you unhappy.

If you have no musical talent, then no. The only way you can be a good singer is when you and tell when things are out of tune, otherwise you have no hope of being able to hit the right notes. If you can do that, there is perhaps a very small chance you can be taught, but it is unlikely,
sorry, the best singers are always born singers.
//EDIT// In response to the feedback, i did say the best singers, if you are going for a whole britney type formulated pappy pop where they have to skew the voice to make it in tune then you are fine, but you cannot learn to be a brilliant singer.

Well it helps if you have a slight cough, but drinking lots and lots of water wont do anything, just make sure you dont dry out your throat, thats what damages the vocal cords. Ive sung ever since i was little so i hope i know what im talking about.... Take care

There are treatments but unless it is really horrible looking i wouldnt bother because scars just make you see how much you have come through.

Reality.
This sounds like you have depression (yes i know it sounds a little obvious) but this can be caused by (obviously i dont know how old you are) not having started your periods yet, or generaly hormonal changes, or it could just be that the balence of happy versus unhappy has got a bit screwed in ur brain. I suggest going to the doctor to see what he can do in the way of anti depressents or cognative behavoural therapy. I would suggest not going on your own so go with a friend or someone you completely trust, unless you feel 100% comforatable going on ur own. It might get better on its own but the chances are it wont but remember when you are down, that there are times when you feel better alrite? Come talk to me if you need mroe advice, ive been through it all and i know what its like.

Well it depends on the age of the youngest one most. I tend to think that when you get to 17, any age gap of up to about 8 years is fine, 16, maybe a 4 or 5 year gap, 15, 3 or 4 years, 14, 3 or so years, 13, maybe 2 years, after that 1 year max, but obviosly kids 10 or under as a general rule should not be dateing. There is no way to know if a guy likes you or not really, damn how i wish there was! But try to talk to him , start hanging around his friends if you know them, sit near him in a lesson and ask to borrow a pencil or whatever, then you can talk to him! And just try to talk to him when he is around, if he looks lonely go kep him company, that sorta thing...

When i had to tell my parents the guy that nearly attacked me followed me down teh road again, it was really really hard because i felt so stupid about it even when it wasnt my fault. What you have to remember when you are telling them is it wasnt your fault and you have nothing, NOTHING to be ashamed about. If you cant tell them to their face, write a letter to them. Its easier to sill out things to paper rather than to faces.
