The only way you can be a good singer is when you and tell when things are out of tune, otherwise you have no hope of being able to hit the right notes. If you can do that, there is perhaps a very small chance you can be taught, but it is unlikely,
sorry, the best singers are always born singers.
//EDIT// In response to the feedback, i did say the best singers, if you are going for a whole britney type formulated pappy pop where they have to skew the voice to make it in tune then you are fine, but you cannot learn to be a brilliant singer.
LoLo2454 answered Sunday July 31 2005, 1:45 pm: Well, the only thing you can do is take voice lessons or join choir. You could even try out for your school's musical so people start to notice your voice so you can sort of get yourself out there, if you know what I mean. If your school has a show choir that would be great too. Because it's less classical music and crap like that :P Hope I helped :)

It's funny that you ask that question because i, myself would love to learn how to sing. Although i dont have the best voice i know i can make it better. There are many ways to train your voice.
I was told to get a vocal coach, maybe you should try getting one too. Yes it is alot of money so if you can't AFORED one then dont worry about it. There are many workshops that help people out with their singing. And it's for free in some cases. All you have to do is research it online. Also you should practice all the time. When your in the shower, doing homework, working out, at home just being bored, whenever you can. It's the best way to workout your vocal cords. Anyways here are some sites that might help you out:
