Personally, I hate this website. The majority of questions are either horribly worded, incredibly easy to answer on one's own with the use of widely available resources (including, but not limited to, www.google.com), alterations of a very common question, or a combination of the three. I confuse myself sometimes as to why I continue to read random questions, only to be to be driven insane by the utter disregard for the reader of the question. Maybe I just use this website as an outlet for my rage towards the section of teenagers who upset me the most, or possibly it is just ingrained in my psyche to read over poorly spelled questions to fuel my masochistic personality. I might even be staying here to prevent the overtake of this hapless corner of the internet by ignorant and lazy teenage girls that don't know how to say "yes" to someone who asked her out by the use of common sense and correct grammar.
I have, however, found that reading topic specific questions eliminates most of my frustration. Of course, that still doesn't stop me from running into unbelievably ignorant questions such as "does doing squats really make your theighs smaller?" in the INTERNET AND WEB DESIGN topic list.

when you delete something off the computer, it goes to the recylin bin but i dont think it reaally deletes it.. so what is something i can do so it PERMANENTLY deletes it? (link)

You can't simply delete a file from your computer. Removing something from the recycling bin simply erases the index for that file on your harddrive. What that means, is that the file still exists, although no files specifically point to that block of data. If someone really wanted to, they could use software to search for this data and restore it.
To permanently delete something from your computer, and remove it from your harddrive, requires another program. I believe iolo sells software that does this (among other things). The software will write over the data where the file you want to delete is located with random data, in addition to deleting the index for it. The US Government uses this process 7 times per file, to securely remove data from a harddrive.

I have newfound respect for MsGolightly. I HIGHLY recommend using the Firefox internet browswer as a replacement for Internet Explorer. Pop-ups become almost a non-issue after switching.

There are FAR more advantages to using Firefox over IE (more customization, greatly improved security), but this will also take care of your pop-up problem without any external programs for your internet browser.

I have a fairly big screen for my computer, however, when I'm on certain sites with small font (ex: fazed.net) I can't read the text because it's too small. Is there any way I can set it bigger and enhance it?

Hold down Ctrl and roll the mouse wheel to change font size in a browser on the fly. Easier and quicker to adjust than going through the menu.

hey guys ive had my iTunes for a while and today when ive started playing a song it doesnt work!

Make sure the cables for your speakers are all plugged all the way in, in all locations. If a cable was only partially plugged in, you would theoretically get that same odd effect (and I've done it before, that's what it sounds like).

Hi. I'm 13/m and my sister is 14/f. Last night she was IMing a friend from another state who said he wanted to have sex with his girlfriend. Then they got into a discussion on why it's right or wrong to have sex before age 16. My sister believes that she should wait until she is 16. I don't trust her boyfriend. I've transferred a call to my sister, and he really didn't sound all that great. Also, my sister refuses to let me meet him in any way. He can't come over, because I just can't meet him. I tried to IM him. My sister told him to block me. What the hell?
I'm afraid of two things: number one, does he want sex? Saying no is probably harder than it sounds... and number two, will this change her image of him? Im good at giving advice, but when it comes to my problems its alittle harder. Theres this boy, hes one grade unger me(hes a soph and im a junior) and me and him were hookin up, I found out he was still hooking up with his ex, and I was stupid and gave him another chance, it happened again, and now we dont even associate anymore, but for some reason I cant get over him. Because you are a girl and for some odd reason that I've never been able to understand, girls lack the ability (for the most part) to stop wanting a guy despite what he has done to mistreat her in the past. Not much you can do about it other than realize what he has done to you, and know for a fact that he would do it again if you ever ended up dating once more.

Theres a very good chance that your computer came bogged down with unnecessary software. And merely judging by the wording of your question, I would say that you already have spyware, adware, or viruses on your computer. There are a couple things you can do to combat that.
Get Adaware and regularly scan for spyware/adware.

Firefox is by far my favorite browser, and should keep your computer running smoothly by blocking what adaware or AVG hasn't picked up yet. It has an import feature to copy your settings from IE to Firefox, so the transition between browsers should run smoothly.

Get different headphones then. The audio quality is usually poor with earbuds anyway.
If you really wanted to take the experience of listening to your music to the next level (which I have done, and it is DEFINITELY worth it), then consider some higher quality headphones. Not Bose, those are just a waste of money. Grado SR-60's are probably the best for their price.

If you listen to music a lot, then I would REALLY recommend quality headphones. If you have a CD player, you should be fine, but if you have an mp3 player, you are going to want to get higher quality mp3s. Chances are (assuming you have a portable mp3 player) you have 128 kbps mp3s. You will really want to start getting 192 kbps - 320 kbps mp3s instead. The quality difference is amazing, and really makes listening to your music that much more enjoyable.
