It's adrenaline that causes your heart to race faster in anticipation of something. It will not hurt you though someone's fists might. Do not worry about stopping it naturally it does so on its own. You ought to worry about stopping confronations and avoiding fights. They hurt, adrenaline will not. It ceases when fear does in this case. [ GDROB2's advice column | Ask GDROB2 A Question ]

Whenever anything with me starts to get into a fight, unless it is a class debate, I tend to change what I say a little just so that it stops being fighting words. The less of a stance you take, the less of a fight can be made. [ sbloemeke's advice column | Ask sbloemeke A Question ]

The best way to get out of those situations is to not get into any fights. I know sometimes people just get you into a place where you just want to blow-up. If you dont say anything you wont have to worry about these things. And eventually you learn to confront people in a calm way without violence or fighting. Tyr and getting along with someone for one day then try two days and then see how long you can do it. It will get easier i promise. [ Advicelady6798's advice column | Ask Advicelady6798 A Question ]
