ok well like when you ask a guy out (or tell him that you like him in your case)I assure you that HE is NOTT gonna get freaked out!!! If you walk up to a stranger then he WILL probably get freaked out!! If you dont know this dude introduce yourself to him.. talk,flirt take it sloww BUT DONT ASK HIM OUT!!(if hes someone you know but he dosnt no you) THE FIRST TIME YOU SEE HIM!! Consider why he WOULD freak out. If you tell him that now he has to marry you, he'll freak out. If you tell him that now you demand sex of him, he'll freak out. If you tell him that YOU LOVE HIM FOREVER, he'll freak out. If you tell him that he has to get a haircut, he'll freak out on you. If you start asking him to hang out with your boring friends, he'll break out.

You just tell him. Expect the worst, because if the best does come, you'll be surprised. If the worst does happen, you'd be prepared for it. Even if he doesn't like you back, he'll probably still be friends.
