getting screen caps onto internet
How do people put screen caps from tv shows onto the internet if the show is only on tv and video, not dvd and can anyone do it?

A video capture device is something that takes an external source of video, whether it is from a camcorder, a VCR, a TV, a game console, or otherwise, and translates it into a video feed that your computer can understand. I own this particular product:

The input is either RCA A/V or S-video with RCA audio. I use it to get screen captures and videos of beatmaniaIIDX for PS2, and to upload videos from my camcorder to my computer for editing.

You can put screen caps from TV shows onto the internet, I'm just not quite sure how. I looked online but I couldn't find anything. I'm sorry I'm not much help but if you have any other questions I am more than willing to help you out.
