I NEED HELP FAST

ok i have to say im medium size stomach which im fine with its a good size but i have thunder thighs do u no any excerize i can do to make then smaller in 3weeks before i start swimming in gym

Every single day go running for at least half an hour! Also, if you have a chair, put it in front of you, turn yourself around so your back is to the chair, put your hands on the seat of the chair and squat up and down up and down. Make sure that your knees are square with your hips and push yourself up and down with your thighs. Do at least 30. Another one is to lie down on your side with the palm of your hand holding your head, and lift your leg slightly up and down, and then switch sides, try and do 2 sets of 15 with each leg. The thing about this is three weeks is really soon, so in order to see improvements in three weeks you need to keep up with this EVERY DAY! GOOD LUCK!

Well, sweetie, I'm sorry to say this, but there's no overnight cute to "thunder thighs". Believe me, I have them, and I've been dying to get rid of them, but there is one exercise that I've used that proved to be effective. IT's going to involve a lot of your time to get rid of some of the "thunderness" as you would like to call it.

Okay here goes:

Walk for at least one hour every day...if you can't do it on the weekdays, make it up on the weekends. This shows VAST results in the thigh area. ALso try a bike machine, It really does work, but you must be persistant. And no, you're not going to loose it all in 3 weeks, but it's a start, and if you're that unconfortable in a swimsuit (LIKE I AM) Then put shorts over it.
