but think about if you are going to add anything to it. and alot of times it has alot of sugar in it. or atleast the kind you buy in a bottle.
but if you are trying to loose weight the best possible thing is just to stick to water because it has no calories.

my retainer (for my teeth) on the bottom, has jabbing into my lower pallet (gums on the bottom that cover the back ok my teeth. well a part of my gums has this huge bump now, and it hurts soooo bad, i can't even wear my retainer, because if I do it wll only press against the bump more, and make it bigger. PLEASE help me and tell me what this could be, I know i need a new retainer badly, because this one's too small. but i want to know what this weird painful, large bump on my gums is. THANKS!
also- it is located in the back of my bottom front teeth. sorry if it dosn't make much sence, the sore was created from the retainer (plastic part) stabbing into my gum. Please Help!! (link)

it sounds like a blister.
i say stop wearing your retainer untill it goes away.
then go to the dentist and get it checked out and talk about getting a new retainer.

make sure you are wearing socks.
and i bought THE BEST oder eater balls at dick's sporting goods.
putting oder eaters in your shoes after gym everyday should keep them smelling good :)

All right. Here's what the problem is: I really really really really want a dog. I've always (since I was born. Literally.) loved dogs with all my heart. But we've always rented houses which didn't allow dogs. Now we finally bought a house and my mom still refuses to get a dog. She nor anyone understand how much I really need a dog. You may be sitting here reading this thinking, Oh poor little spoiled girl. Her mom won't get her a dog boohoo. But the problem with that is, I'm not spoiled. I never ask for anything and when I do, I don't get it.
Just please, do you guys have any ideas on how to get my mom to let me get a dog? I've already tried basically everything, hence why I came to advicenators. I'm willing to try anything.
I've already listed off the reasons why I should get a dog, proved how well I can take care of one, and found the perfect dog for the family online. I'm just hoping you guys would have some better ideas. :/ (link)

i took drama last year and we learned about all of the make-up. so i'll try to remember :)
okay. so. find out what shirt you are wearing because that effects what color your skin looks. after you have a shirt on put on lipstick which also effects the color your skin looks. then put on your concealer and foundation & blush/bronzer if you use it. then eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara.
i am not 100% sure if this is totally right. but it makes sense to me. :) haha.

but you still might want to wear a condom because if you don't you are at risk of getting an STD.
and when you wear a condom you increase the risk of not getting pregnant.

Okay so soccer tryouts are tomorrow and seriously like more than half the people trying out and that made the first cut went to my middle school and its REALLY annoying because the only reason i wanted to tryout was to try and make new friends, and well i was never really at all friends with them at my middle school and now they are going to make a huge cliche on the team and of course im not going to be in it, and dont say try to be friends with them because its not that easy they are really like bitchy and ever since 6th grade they havevnt liked me for some reason, and seriously only 5 people or not even 5 people went to a different middle school,and there are 30 people trying out, and our highschool is really big, so should i still tryout out? I get those white spots on my chin and weird places like on the end of my eyebrow closest to my nose... They're like acne spots underneath the skin, like it's a big bump that's not red or anything, but deep and crazy. I have one now one the side of my chin.
