Japanese green tea sweets

My aunty bought some green tea sweets from japan.
i am currently trying to lose weight.would they be healthy becuase you kno how green tea is???

That's a link on how that company makes the sweets. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) So you see, green tea is not PROVEN to have much effect on weight, but give it a try! But green tea sweets aren't quite the same; you can have the sweets, but they aren't going to have the exact same effect as green tea in it's original state. Hope I helped!

green tea is healthy.
but think about if you are going to add anything to it. and alot of times it has alot of sugar in it. or atleast the kind you buy in a bottle.

but if you are trying to loose weight the best possible thing is just to stick to water because it has no calories.
