*Put talc/baking soda inside the shoes
*Try Febreze
*Make sure your shoes are always dry. Bacteria thrives in damp shoes
*Put your shoes in a bag. Freeze them for 12 hours to kill bacteria
*Wear socks if you don't already

and i bought THE BEST oder eater balls at dick's sporting goods.
putting oder eaters in your shoes after gym everyday should keep them smelling good :)
