okay everyone is talking about photoshop they make you pictures neater. well i wanna know how you get it and how much it costs if it even cost anything. or anything like it. to make you picture neaterr.

Photoshop is top of the line and very confusing if you don't know what you are doing. You can order Photoshop online or buy it at a office or computer supply store, but it is very pricey, ranging from $500 to $1000 depending on what version you get. A more simpler program and free is Picasa, which is by the guys at Google. You download this online at [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
Picasa is good for doing simple photo editing, such as making a picture lighter/darker, black and white, etc.
If you really want some the the features of photoshop, I'm sure you can find an older version you download online, or you can go to the Adobe site and get a 30 day free trial.

you can buy it online i think or buy it anywhere you can get computer software.
its around $100 though. i have it and i LOVE it.
