you could make a mix cd of songs that remind you of him, romantic songs and such. you could make him dinner and have a nice evening in. you could make a little coupon book of nice things you will do for him, like letting him pick what movie to see, or playing a video game with him for a little while, letting him teach you a sport he likes, stuff like that. or, just a simple gift that means something, like a book by an author he likes, a dvd he's been wanting for awhile, or concert tickets to see his favorite band. hope this helps.

i can't help you on the club issue, but there are a lot of fun thins you can do at a sleepover. since you will have just gotten makeovers, you can get a lot of different outfits together and have a photo shoot, and if you have a digital camera you could print out the pictures that night and make a scrapbook or photo album, if you have a game system you could play ddr, or guitar hero. you could have a karaoke party, play music and dance, or design t-shirts with stuff about your party, or your friendship on them. you could also have a movie night. board games seem old fashioned, but can be a lot of fun with friends. you could set up a scavenger hunt, or of course play the party classic, truth or dare. charades is always fun too, esp if you have a video camera to record it. hope this helps.

well... for solo songs there are a lot of songs you could do, or particular artists that are sopranos. mariah carey has a high voice which might work well for you. some other people who have high voices include allison krauss (if you like country) and christina aguilera (on some of her songs, such as "beautiful.") also, for most songs, if you buy an accompaniament track (background music, but better quality than karaoke music), the cd will have the song in low key, original key, and high key, so you could hypothetically pick any song you wanted. there aren't a lot of recent songs that are duets, but most songs can be made into that if you split up the verses and both sing on the chorus. hope this helps.

because it is so early in your relationship he probably had no idea what to get you, and didn't know whether it was too early in the relationship to get you a gift. yes, saying that he's giving you his heart is a bit cheesy, but he was probably just trying to be sweet. it's not like he's saying he loves you, he probably just wanted to let you know that he really likes you and wants to be with you. technically there'sno way of knowing for sureif he cares about you so early, but it sounds like he does.

im a freshman, and ive been in a varsity sport all year (since summer) and its almost over now. ive had practice pretty much everyday since the begining of school besides sundays which i relax. i have very little social life. i had two best friends in junior high but were not best friends anymore, just friends. its akward sort of but we still talk. i mostly just go straight to my classes instead of hang out with people because i dont have anyone to hang out with. also, i think some guys are really hot and i really have potential with one we just never talk. its weird but when we talk in class for a little its really cool, and i cant just like, start talking to him on aim because it'd be weird. im not ugly, im really cool and can be friends with almost anyone. ive just been so busy lately i havent had a chance to be with anypone but my team. how can i show these guys that im not just a smart girl who isnt in there "in crowd"? and how can i be myself around my old friends? try spending more time with your older friends, and start introducing yourself to other people. if you have a likable personality, which it sounds like you do, people will have no problem becoming friends with you. it doesn't sound like you get too nervous around people, so this shouldn't be a problem for you. as for the guy you think you have potential with, try talking to him on the phone if you think aim would be akward. and if it's because you aren't sure to talk about besides the small convos you have in class, then when you talk to him in class try to find out more about him, and find some things you have in common. this will give you more to talk about later. hope this helped.

I always get stressed out about how much homework I get and I dont know how to sort it out. My school always gives work home that I didn't finish and I am not that much of a fast writer. what should I do to not get so stressed out? (link)

it's hard not to get stressed when you get a lot of homework. when you start to do it, do the hardest homework first, that way you get it out of the way, and you will have the most time consuming work done. then move on to the easier homework. try to do your homework as soon as possible, don't put it off because that will stress you more. when you get a project, do a little piece of it at a time, instead of saving most of it for one day. same thing with studying for tests, review your work a little bit every day so you only need to do a little extra studying when a test comes up. there's no way to reduce the amount of work you get, but to help reduce stress you could also try taking small breaks between different pieces of homework so you aren't working the entire time, also, try to find some time to do things you like, this will help you feel more relaxed. hope this helped.

I am a reader. I enjoy reading about drug/alcohol abuse, childhood problems, demented things as my librarian puts it. I have read A Child Called "it" and also The Lost Boy by Dave Peltzer. I have read Crank, Burned, and Impluse by Ellen Hopkins. If you have read those books then you know exactly what I am talking about.

i have read all those books and love them as well. here are some suggestions:
-"candy" by kevin brooks (this is about a guy who gets involved with a prostitute/drug addict and falls in love)
-"saint iggy" by k.l. going (this is about a boy who gets kicked out of school and gets involved with his drug addict friend)
-"cut" by patricia mckormick (this is about a girl who attempts suicide and is found before she dies, it follows her time in a recovery center)
as for vampire books, here are a few that i think are excellent:
-"demon in my view" by amelia atwater-rhodes (this book is AMAZING, and so are all the other books she has written, including the sequel to this book, "shattered mirror," and "in the forests of the night"
-"vampire kisses" by ellen schriber (this is also a series, i think there are 4 books)
-"twilight" by stephanie meyer (this is a three book saga, includes "new moon" and "eclipse")

I just got a new Ipod and i want to sync songs on but my songs are on Windows Media Player, how can i put those songs on ITunes, so that i can put them onto my ipod, ive tried like everything and nothings working...Thanks :) (link)

when you are in the itunes program, click on file and then look at the drop down list. you will see a buton that says "transfer file" or "transfer folder." if you pick folder then you can transfer an entire folder from somewhere on your computer, and you can pick to transfer from windows media player. or, if you want to do just a single song then you pick transfer file. you can also open windows media player and itunes at the same time, and drag and drop your songs that you want. if you click on a song and then hold down shift, you can click on a song twenty or thirty below the originally selected one and it will hi lite all of them for you to drag and drop.

there's no way to know if it's just a phase. if it's been happening for awhile, it's probably not a phase. however, preferences can always change. ultimately, it's up to you to decide whether or not you are bisexual, but at this point youre definitely bi-curious

One time, my friend *Jackie and i went to a party together. When i got there, this boy had his arm around her.Aperantly, they were going out. I didn't know that. So when my dad picked me up, i asked her [when my dad wasnt there] when she and that boy started going out. She said a couple of days ago.
It turns out that my other friends knew it as well, before i did. When it happened to be exact. I dont know why she didn't tell me, do you think she doesnt want to be my friend anymore?

she may not have told you because she was worried about what you might think. maybe she thought you wouldn't approve or would think she was making a bad decision. however, it could be because she doesn't want to be friends anymore and is starting to hide things from you. focus on the way sh treats you. does she seem to want to hang out with you? does she seem genuinely interested in what you have to say? if she does, then she probably wants to stay friends with you and just had a reason not to tell you. or, she might not want to have as serious of a friendship with you.

a physical is just a way to make sure you are healthy enough to be participating in a sport. the doctor will check your body for any physical problems, and then they will ask you some mandatory questions. simple stuff about if you have trouble exercising, if you've had any problems with your body or doing physical activities, etc. then they will ask your parent to leave the room (if theyre with you) and they will ask you if you drink, smoke, are having sex, and stuff like that. you don't have to answer them truthfully, because it won't really make a difference.

Im a columnist on this website and i just dont understand how the world got this bad thet everyone in it needs advice, i mean, i know people need help sometimes but has it got this bad. i feel like that a lot too. most of the time. but i've also had some serious problems that have caused the depression in my life. not being happy with your girlfriend isn't so uncommon. she's just not right for you thats all. everyone has problems. but some are harder to deal with than others. you have to try to find things you enjoy in life, things that bring you a little bit of happiness or joy. life is still going to suck. it always does. trust me i know. but you have to look for the moments and people that make living worthwhile, no matter how few. if you want to talk, hit me up with an email. smile. sometimes it helps. :)

it's hard to teach somebody how t free-style dance (like the kind done at dances) because it's exactly that: free-style. there's no specific steps. however, you can show him how to slow dance. show him how to move his feet, where to put his hands, etc. as for fast dancing, if you're grinding you just have to show him how to move with your body a bit. as for non-contact dancing, just tell him to feel the beat and try to work with that. there's no right or wrong way to dance. good luck.

Ok so i know you cant answer the question am I bisexual, but ok im 14, and have a bf, but like when i watch TV, like americas next top model, i feel like, Oh she's hot! not like oh she looks good, or i want to be like her, but shes smokin hot! Kinda like how guys would see a girl, but i also see guys like that. except guys a little more. just because you think girls are hot doesn't necessarily mean you're bisexual. you can look at a girl and think she's hot, but are you actually attracted to her? do you want to do sexual things with her? if you do than you are most likely bi-curious, if not bi-sexual. however, it could simply be a phase. if you aren't actually attracted to the girl and just think she's hot, then you siply have an appreciation for beautiful people.

i dont know of any specific sites, however if you're looking to know what a particular song's genre is (instead of all the songs that are a certain genre), you can always use the itunes store, when you type in a song in the search bar it automatically comes up with the name, artist, genre, album, year, and so on... hope this helps.

Well, let's first explain the situation! We've been together 11 months now (me and the boyfriend) - nearly a year actually! I don't see us splitting up at all, at least any time in the future. At the start I knew I didn't love him - I fancied him, but it grew and now I can't imagine loving anyone else as much as him. He says he loves me too. We have a very slow moving relationship - or we did. At first I was horrifically shy - we first had a proper match of tonsil-tennis during the 2nd or start of the 3rd month. It was half a year before we started to move on from that onto other mild things, and it was around 8 or 9 months when we first started doing foreplay! Now we still haven't gone all the way but this is mainly due to lack of time alone and protection... he applies little pressure on me and seems content even though we moved incredibly slowly. Obviously there are times when there's more pressure applied but I find myself pretty willing at those moments - anyways. He says he loves me and I think I believe him but I'm naturally untrusting. I know that guys will stay stuff to get places and there are lots of examples of this in the kind of group my boyfriend hangs out in. I'm ready to go far with him, and take the leap but I want to know if you think there could be any risk of well, the syaing stuff to get places thing that I mentioned previously. Also, we're both virgins and we've tried it before... it didn't work! Any advice or stories on first time sex would be so useful I can't mention it. Thank you! (link)

if he has stayed around for this long without doing anything serious then he is genuine. no guy would wait this long if he just wanted some action, so he definitely genuinely cares for you. as for first times, its always akward the first time. its probably going to hurt you a lot, esp if your hymen hasnt been broken yet. (which could have occured through fingering, or something as simple as playing sports can cause it sometimes.) you will probably bleed. as for tips there isnt really anything to take away the akwardness of the first time. hope this helped.

well for pictures you could put pictures of you and your friends, your family, you and you're boyfriend, stuff you like, etc... as for a song, it's really hard to pick one song that describes everything about you, and to narrow it down. but a really upbeat cheerful song is "walking on sunshine" by katrina and the waves, not only is it about being really cheerful, but it's also about finding the guy that loves you, which could go with you and your boyfriend. hope this helps.
