Q: Hi im a 16 yr old female. i need to get in shape for the swim season next year so i can go to state. ( so close last year) well ive gain some weight(now 150) and im on a diet now. it consists of mostly egg whites and absolutly no junk food, sugar, and everything else that will lead to weight gain. Now for my question: with the workout im doing should i stay with it or change some of the exercises. i get the fitness magazine and someone wrote in about change exercises. and is it good to not do the same thing over and over again. im also going to start going to a gym, should i also join and arobics class, but boxing looks fun. im very confused and i hope you can understand what im asking. thank for everything and sorry about my spelling.

maybe the best way would be to...swim? i doubt boxing would help you make it to state. are you talking about summer league state or year round state? cuz if its year round state thats not hard if you just keep swimming your not s'posed to take breaks its a year round thing

umm there are no horses allowed in your city? what city do you live in? i'm sure there are barns n stuff around close to where u live just buy one and keep it there and ride it on the weekends or something. or tellur parents u wanna be like competetive w/it so you'll be able to ride them a lot more

Q: I don’t think people have anything to live for at all. Most people live for other people even thought everyone will eventually die. I think life is pointless and there is no such thing as “making a difference” because in the end none of it matters. My teacher says everyone wants to be remembered after they die, I don’t want to be remembered. Some people live for God, which I think is stupid because I don’t believe in God. If I did, I would hate him, why? Because he has control over us. Killing yourself is wrong because you’re interfering with “God’s little plan”, right? That doesn’t sound right now, does it? Everything happens for a reason doesn’t it? If something happened to make you want to kill yourself then is killing yourself still wrong? If God doesn’t want it to happen then it shouldn’t happen because he makes everything happen, doesn’t he? Can someone help me understand this whole “God” concept?
