You should try shaving down instead of up towards you. Also, use cold water (hot water opens your pores) and LOTS of shaving cream, like Skintimate. When you finish, use body lotion to keep from getting dry.

My boyfriend and I have been having sex for about 9 months now and have always used a condom. It doesn't bother me or my boyfriend about using extra protection but I was just curious!

You can start having unprotected sex safe from pregnancy after 2 months of birth control, so you are safe now. I'd recommend that you both get checked because oral sex can also transmit STDS.

The two best places I know to get reasonably priced high heels are Marshalls and Burlington Coat Factory. For prom, I got high heels for 15$ dollars, and you can't go wrong with that! Also, sometimes you can find random ones at Kohls, but you can never bet on that. But at Marshalls, they carry brand names like Guess and BCBGirls. Try looking there. A cute outfit with black heels would be like a pair of white capris&a black top. Or a white skirt and black top. Be creative!

Well, first of all, you are very lucky. It's not guanteed that you will get it from him because he has it, but it is likely. Also, he could be sleeping around, no offense, and it could have been contracted recently. If you have been using protection, it lessens the chance of something actually being transmitted. Do not have sex until he is done being treated or you will put yourself at risk for getting the STD.

Bring in the picture to the stylist that you would like. You trying to explain it might not get the proper message across. Print that picture out and take it with you when you go to the salon. Show your stylist and ask for his/her opinion. Bringing the picture can only help in making the style even more fabulous.

You may love your boyfriend, but you should not listen to your heart this time and listen to your head! If he wants you to get with his friends, it sounds like shady and like he could be using you. Guys are really shallow, and they basically think with their 2nd head most of the time.

Also, if you don't want to partake in sex with him at all, you dont have to! Just because you have done it once, doesn't mean you have to do it all the time or ever again for that matter. If you want to continue having sex with him, tell him to be less agressive and you like it slow. If he is really in love with you, he will listen.

Nope. You basically can buy condoms at 10 if you had the money to pay for them. The only thing that may happen is a dirty look from the cashier. Safe sex doesn't have an age limit.

Have you had a proper sex education? There are other options then unprotected sex, and you can do it without your parents knowing. Go to Planned Parenthood, decide if you want to keep the child, raise it, or give it up for adoption. You can also talk to someone about other options once you have the baby or choose to terminate your pregnancy. You can get free condoms and go on the birth control pill.

Google STDs, teen pregancy, and controceptives. This should help you learn to practice safer sex.

I'm going to get tested for STIs/STDs with my boyfriend. He's my first sexual partner, so if I have anything it would be from him. He has been sexually active for several years though, and about 4 years ago he had unprotected sex with 2 successive girlfriends, who he thinks may have been quite promiscuous.
So, there's a chance he could have something that hasn't shown up yet, i.e. HIV (I heard it can take up to 10 years to show).
If he has HIV and has passed it to me, I'd really rather not know as I think it would be the end of our relationship, and he is my absoloute soulmate.
So, my question is, if we both have HIV does it matter if we sleep together - it won't make it any worse surely?

STD's and STI's are a big issue. If he has HIV and has passed it to you, that is a problem, and you are aware of it.

If both of you, in fact, do have the virus, you can continue having unprotected sex. There is no way to get worse by having sex. The only way it gets worse is if it goes untreated.

I am pretty positive you wont get pregnant. The pill 99.9% effective. It would be less effective if it did not work while you were on your period, it just doesn't make sense. To be totally sure, I would go to your gyno and ask her/him about it, since they are the experts.

I've heard about a method where you can have the extra uterus lining removed every month just before your period so that you don't actually have your period. Does anyone know the actual name of this, or any more about it? Has anyone had it done? What are the risks? I have very heavy periods and I think it would help me. Could I get it done at a normal hospital?

There is no way to remove it without removing it permanantley, which means you will not be able to have kids. My mom had this done after she was like 45 to not have her period anymore, and it works. If you have heavy flow, go see a gyno. They will know if you can get on medication to slow it such as birth control and still be able to have kids one day. I dont even think a doctor would let a younger person do this. I think you have to be a certain age like probably over 35.

I was seeing this guy named Austin. I was and still am absolutely crazy about him. Well the problem is that I've been a cutter for about a year or two now. I don't think he understands what cutting is all about. I really think that you should talk to him about your problem so he can understand you dont cut over him not calling you. And maybe you should talk to him about listening to your cousin. Your cousin has no buisness in your relationships unless he is invited in. Talking is the only way the problem can be resolved or you can realize that maybe he isn't a guy you should get so crazy over.

I have to go for my first "girly" check up alone because I am having problems at school and they are being slowly sorted out but my parents know nothign about it but my health is going down. What I want to know is during this check up do they really look at your vagina and boobs and what do they do to them? Also do they do anythign to your bum? I think you are talking about going to the gyno. Bascially, its not that bad. They are really nice and kind especially when its your first time and they make you feel less nervous. I dont think they will do anything to your "bum" but they might feel your boobs for any lumps or anything like that. Don't worry! Also, if you want you can bring a friend to sit with you or your mother if you aRe that nervous. You shouldnt feel embarrassed because these doctors spend their lives looking at vaginas and its no different then the first patient or the one after you.

okay, i have this mark on my boob, its like blood red and it was like a bump last night and now its not. it looks kind of like razor burn except theres to red bumps in the middle of the little red speckles. i hope thats not confusing. its gotten a little less red and it doesnt hurt. breast cancer doesnt run in my family or anything like that its just scaring me a bit.

Sounds to me like you have hives. Hives are an allergic reaction to something new in your enviorment. Detergent, clothing material, perfume, etc. Anything that touches the skin can cause these hives. They are redish itchy bumps and they normally go away within 48 hours. Take some benydrill if it's really bothering you but other then that just wait it out.
