if it has viruses, you should deff buy a virus protection thing. norton is good but theres stuff like blackice that is killer too. so shop around as for mysapce, no it doest but the interent itself does so ya u should get protecion!

For the past few months, I've been feeling sad very often. I'm 15, female, and I guess I feel sort of alone. I constantly think about death, how I don't have many good friends, and how I don't have anything I really need to be happy.
I'm also on a diet, I've lost 20 pounds, because I think I need to be skinnier.
I guess what I'm asking is, am I depressed? And do I need some sort of help? My mom knows how I feel and she is always lecturing me about it. I just want to know what I can do to not feel this way. (link)

well its probably a phase; we all feel like that sometimes. and i think your diet might have something to do with it. how can you be happy if your hungry as hell rite? lol well ne way i think you should maybe easy on up on that diet, still eat healthy and stuff just dont be overboard. also i think exercise cures depression. go out to play sports, basketball and wrestling are my favorites. or just got for a walk if your not hardcore on bball or wreslting lol. and listen to happy music that always helps. and try to make friends. i know its hard to do but find 1 or 2 person that have friend potential and just be like hey lets go watch a movie. sometimes just geting out helps.

run and spring. jobb a mile in the morning and do as much spring exercise as you can in the after noon. do it everyother day until you feel up to doing it every day. also jump roap too if you can fit that in. also i think for cheerleading you should strech 1 hour a day everyday. look on the internet for more specific streching exercises.

ok my friend and her boyfriend have on & off for about a year, and they both lost ther verginity to each other. But after they started having sex he only talk to her when he wants to have sex. And when she tells him that she loves him he never say it back. Hdoesn't even call her his girlfriend and everytime she brings up love or anything like that he gets pissed at her. the only time he is not mad at her is when she is not around or when there having sex.
