Go out and buy some index card/flash cards and every time you do something that makes you feel good or every time you accomplish something and you feel proud write it down on an index card and keep them.....soon the stack of index cards will grow and whenever you are feeling down re-read them...this is really effective and it will improve self confidence. I know it is nice to receive validation and compliments from other people..but you will never have self confidence until you learn to love yourself...nobody is perfect the media is all illusion check out this music video it might make you feel better

I wouldn't be too worried about it... From a biological standpoint the sperm have to travel a long distance to get to the fallopian tube. Unless the guy puts his dick in you or ejaculates Literally on your vagina not the pubic bone it's pretty much impossible to get pregnant. Plus in order to survive sperm need the perfect temperature and the vagina provides that I don't think sperm can survive long outside. There is no possible way sperm can swim from the outside of your vagina to the inside. Guys ejaculate millions of sperm cells yet usually only one of them ever makes it to the ovary. Fertilization is not an easy process .

I think it's obvious that this guy likes you because he is willing to go out of his way to hang out with you and he periodically texts you. You just need to make time for him because he is willing to make time for you. If you keep on delaying to hang out with him he might think your not interested and he won't want to waste his time.... Sooo if u really like him and want him to stick around u should hang out with him soon. Just hang out with him after your trip.

ook so i had already asked this question about having anal sex the other day and im red and irritated i didnt know what was wrong so i went to the doctors today apparently now i have herpes.. i was talking to this guy and im guessing it was from him? I am so sorry you poor thing and ohhh yeah if that's the only guy you have been with for awhile he definitley gave it to you. If you had no symptoms and were clean prior to having sex with this guy then he had to have given it to you. Herpes can be in dormant stages so there is always the possibility that your herpes can go dormant but it often comes back in active and dormant stages. And as far as having sex I am not going to lie you can't have sex with anybody anymore you need to be very cautious and always use a condom. You should tell guys you have the disease too before you get intimate with
anybody but don't be suprised if the guys might turn you down. I have a friend with herpes and she has found somebody who loves her and is accepting of her herpes. Only the guys who are truly interested in you will not care but the assholes who just want sex probably won't even go there. Play the game. He is probably taking you for granted because you always express interest in him. Just for a week ignore him resist any urges to call/ text him and act like you are not interested. Don't give him the validation he wants which is that you will always be there for him and flatter him. so my period is irregular. i get it about every couple of months, like 4. my doctor said that was normal for me. well my boyfriend and i had sex with out a condom for the first time but i said i didnt wanna do it long, and we did a few times then i didnt wanna take any chances. he didnt either. We always are protected too. i know u can get STD's and all that from it, but im NOT on birth control either. so how will i know if im pregnant? im not saying i am, its just is there anything i need to know about it? like signs or whatever? and i cant ask my mom for birth control because she doesnt wanna put me on it at 16 and she doesnt know im sexually active. sorry this is so long, i tried to be as descriptive as possible so it could be understood. thank you. well, the first thing you need to take into consideration is if he came in you or not. If he didn't then i really don't think you have anything to worry about. However if he did, then i suggest plan B but if its been over a day then wait it out like three weeks and take a pregnancy test or go to a clinic and take a urine test. Its frustrating when your period is irregular but i really think that birth control is a good option for you because it will regulate your period and protect you from getting pregnant. I was on the pill at sixteen and its really not that uncommon. Just tell your mom the truth and so what if she gets angry at you for being sexually active its better to be safe than sorry. Just tell your mom you want the pill strictly to regulate your periods and that is it. Just tell your mom the truth, yea she will be disappointed but I'm sure she would be more upset if you ended up getting pregnant...

yea omg i wish i was your weight i am 5'1 like 97 pounds and i hate being so skinny! your body weight is perfect for your height in my opinion.... and to get a nice toned tummy i would suggest sit-ups start in sets of 10-20 or how ever many you are capable of doing and gradually increase in numbers of situps...important to do sets best way to tone up and to religiously do these every night there are so many different at home ab workouts you can do just google search abdominal workouts but im sorry to say there is no secret to getting instant results you have to put in effort and time and your results will eventually come!

first and foremost you sound suicidal and please do not take your life its not worth it and you have family and people who love you and its just four years of your life you have to deal with then you have your whole life ahead of you.... anyways i have a social disorder has well and i know how much it sucks and i suggest counseling helps and just facing your fears and telling that voice in your head that brings you down and prevents you from meeting new people to shut up. try to be more open minded and instead of having the impression of hating everyone at your school try to focus on meeting/talking to the nice people...people can actually be a lot nicer when you get to know them then the vibe they first give off. unfortunately there are mean people and nice people at school and try to focus on the nice people with similar interests to yours and will not be mean to you because of your personality/speech disorders if they are mean they are asswholes who do not deserve your time. For your acne i would suggest visiting a dermatologist and getting a prescription to help your face like a topical or oral solution. If you want to exist and be noticed you are the one who has to take initiative it wont just come to you. For your girl try to resolve things with her if not shes not worth your effort if she really liked you she will forgive you if she dose not F*** her there are plenty of other fish in the sea... don't loose faith things get better it scares me because you seem like one of those nice boys who everyone thinks is fine but is actually not and dont hide it from everyone let those who know you best know so they can help you get through this. Your attitude/actions shape your life and how you want to live your life is all up to you to make it happen!
