how can i get really flexalbe, enough to do front and back flips? and how do you do flips like that..this is for cheerleading..so if your a cheerleader, i'd love your help.

you can't really learn them by yourself. i would recommend taking gymnastics or tumbling.

you become flexible by stretching out alot. if you are interested in being about to tumble, doing backbends or bridges (push up from the ground with your back down with your legs and hands) will really stretch out your back which will help you a lot whenever you get to the point of performing tumbling acts.

what are some good qualities people look for in a cheerleader? is their a good weight for it? is it required to be able to do flips and such...cause i cant do flips, not even a cart wheel, or splits...should i not go out for it cause i cant do flips and such?

haha. well this year we had that problem. but our coaches cheated with the scores so it didn't really matter if you were good or not for us and now it's a whole big thing but anyways..

tumble has become very important in cheerleading. if you are interesting on doing cheerleading, i would also look into gymnastics.

splits aren't so much important but flexibily is because of the jumps like a toe touch, hurdle, pike, ect. if you don't know what those are you can message me and i'll explain them to you.

their isn't really a set weight to be a cheerleader, but remember they are the ones wearing the short skirts and tight tops.

it's usually not a good idea to start cheerleading for the first time when you are in high school because most of the girls that will be doing it have been doing it probably many years and have a lot of expierence.

but i'd say go for it. cheerleading is very exciting. minus all the drama that comes along with it.

as long as you don't have coaches and a school board like my school, it would be a good time :]

i would def get tested. there is a chance you could have gonarea. you should always use a condom when performing that. and sperm isn't usually foamy haha. i dont really know why that would happened. its more of a creamish/clear thick liquid sorta. i would try to make sure that he gets tested also just to be on the safe side.
