This is especially true if you were on a restrictive diet because your body will retain water from the meal. But in the long term, indulging on thanksgiving dinner will not set you back in your weight loss goals unless you let it. If you eat right tomorrow and maybe work out a little bit harder, you'll be fine. Don't deprive yourself to "make up for it" and don't beat yourself up about it.
