Okay here it goes....Both of my best friends are fighting!! They continually tell me how much they hate each other!! She'll say something about him, and he'll say something about her!!! They won't stop!! I feel like I'm in the middle of this whole thing!! How can I make peace between these people? And how do I make it so I'm not in the middle of things??

The same thing happened to me i was stuck in the middle and i hated it so much and then one day i got fedup!! and i told them...this is your guys probuly and i truly dont want to be stuck i the middle and tell them both a good time you guys had and remind them about great times!!

I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to stay fit and in shape. I have been lifting weights running swimming biking everyday..I would like to lose a few pounds even though for my age I am pretty skinny..It would just make me feel better about myself.
