See, I noticed that your bio on your page says that you are 17, and there is no way in hell you are a vet at that age. You need to graduate high school, attend a pre-vet college, then attend many more years of education to become a DVM, or VMD. So, at the age of 17 you are saying you're a vet, and Im saying "BULLSHIT!!"

Stop lying to people merely so that you can get more attention and fame. Your stupid little ploy is just that; stupid, and those of us who are not completely void of sensible and intellectual thoughts (like you) can see through it quite easily.

Oh, and on the thought of stupidity, I've got a few bones to pick with your advice. In your answer regarding the 6 week old puppy, you state "you should NEVER crate dogs unless its for sleep. You wouldnt want to be shut in a box all day would you...Crates arent nice for anyone or anything". That, is completely and utterly false. Crating is reccomended and used by TRUE vets all the time. Crates are not inhumane or "not nice" at all.
Often (and this does vary with the dog) a crate can become a kind of safe spot, a place like a den, or a refuge, and many dogs like them (mine, as an example).
In your answer regarding the dog throwing up and pooping blood, you state "Your dog could be suffering Kidney problems, and could have diabetes. This kind of blood problem is extremely serious." That, also, is wrong.
I am not saying that the dog is a-ok, there certainly is something wrong, but it is not kidney failure, and it is not diabetes. Kidney failure can be a sign of diabetes, but does not result in bloody defecation or vomit. Diabetes symptoms include: increased thirst, increased urination, weight loss, eye cataracts, and general debility or inactivity.

So to recap:
-You you say you are a vet, yet you are 17. Not possible.
-Besides it not being possible for you to be a vet, you obviously are not because a real vet would be able to properly recognize kidney failure, and know the truth about crating of dogs.
- Besides you not being a vet, you are stupid. Very , very, stupid.
- In saying that you are a vet you are adding false credeblity to your (STUPID) answers, thus taking advantage of helpless people on this site that do not know better.
-Having established that you are a)STUPID b)lying, misleading advice-seekers c) giving bad advice, and d)STUPID...You should now either leave this site completely, stop saying you are a vet, or stop giving bad advice. I would say that you should stop being stupid, but you cant help that.
And if you don't do one or more of the above, I will report you to an admin and get you kicked off this site.

p.s., I know a thing or two about animals, I work part time at a veterinary clinic as a veterinary technician assistant, and I did all my research pertaining to crate training and diabetes failure. Notice how I'm not lying about my title? And how I'm not stupid?

Q: My dog is throwing up blood as well as pooping it. This only started happening a week ago and has only happened twice within a week apart. She has a really weak stomach and throws up alot but never blood. She is an inside dog and only eats dog food the same as always. I dont want to take her to the vet because everytime I do that it costs a ton of money and last time I mentioned it they said it was just a weak stomach and they would put her on meds, I really dont want her on any meds for the rest of her life She is only 7 years of age and healthy otherwise. Is there any thing I can do or should I just break down and take her to the vet because it has been blood????

Ok first things first. Im a vet.

Your dog could be suffering Kidney problems, and could have diabetes. This kind of blood problem is extremely serious. And if you care for your dog enough you WILL take bring it to a qualified vetinary ventre.

Most dogs that are experiencing these syptoms have diabetes. Please dont let your dog suffer anymore.

We have just had to put down 3 dogs from the same problem as yours. It can be sorted if looked at IN TIME.

Q: I REALLY NEED HELP! i have a 6 week old puppy, he is a lab/pit bull. he was crated when he was with his mom and brothers. but now that hes crated here even if hes falling over tired he still cries! he wont stop. all night long. non stop.. we have to put him in the basement where we cant hear him but i feel so bad!!! even in my room if the door is shut he starts yelping. i know the crying is just cause hes out of what hes intouch with but everything people have said to do does NOT work. even if i lay down with him and my fingers inthe crate singing or talkign to him he SCREAMSSSSS and i cant take it. i start to cry. if anybody has ANY tips pleaseee help me.

*a vet told me not to put any hot water bottles, school clocks, blankets, or toys unless they are kongs. they choke on toys and blankets, pop the water bottle, pee on the toys and blankets. it makes a mess... so i cant put anything int here!! i put his stuffed animals outside looking in thinking that would help. it didnt.

*I take his water and food up about 2 hours before being crated and i take him to go to the bathroom and run him around alittle bit untill he gets SUPER tired and is falling over. (he still wakes up when he is put in there and starts howling)

And you should NEVER crate dogs unless its for sleep. You wouldnt want to be shut in a box all day would you?

Labradors are EXTREMELY sociable and not to mention energetic. You need to take him for a long walk before bed, so as to tire him out, then place into his crate to sleep, then in the morning take him out again, but dont re-crate him. Its just not fair.

You should never have an animal if you dont have the time for it.

The best thing to do, is tire him before bed with a long walk, and use it only for night time sleep.

Crates arent nice for anyone or anything, really he should have a cosy dog bed.

Q: How do you develop a better relationship with your cat?

I try to feed him and play with him but he never seems to want anything to do with me! He snuggles up with my boyfriend instead of me and never wants to sleep with us in the bedroom. He's always been a very independent cat but sometimes I wish he would be a little more affection-friendly. He won't even let me pick him up!!

You may find your boyfriend is spoiling him, if you spoil a cat too much they turn independant, and moreso nasty. You need to keep to a strict eating routine at all times. E.g biscuits in the morning, but only leave the bowl down for an hour to allow him time to eat, but not to choose when he can and cant eat, then meat in the afternoon (variety) then another bowl of biscuits in the evening.

Make sure with each of these, you only leave them down for an hour, and preferably try making it you that feeds him and not the boyfriend. You will find he realises more so whos boss, and the eating rescheme will help with weight too! He will then realise he must eat whats on his bowl within that hour otherwise he gets no more.

Q: i died my hair recently about 2 weeks ago now maybe 3 i died it blonde but its turned out with ginger strikes it looks quite bad compared to how nice my hair use to be according to everyone else, its getting me really upset, as i care alot about my image. My friends keep saying like i cant bleieve how ginger your hair it and pointing people out and saying its like hers, its aweful! Im not allowed to die it again as it will get in really bad condition. Does the sun make hair colour fade? alot? any tips on how to fade the colour naturally? I heard tomato ketchup but i read that just if your hair truns green from chlorine. My friend said is faded hers loads when it went a gingery colour. but to be honest i dont really trsut it.!

There is nothing you can do, and the reson it has gone that ginger colour is because you have tried to go a light colour from a dark colour. Unfortunately the only thing you can do is dye it again.

The sun will make it blonder, but it will make it a horrible blonde, that looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a while.

Chlorine doesnt make your hair turn green however, it can slightly lower the glossy appearance than lays on the outer layers of your hair if you swim too much.

The only answer is dye it again Im afraid

Yaeh I can see what your saying, and that is a difficult position, but at the end of the day, follow your heart and not your head sometimes. Only one can speak the truth, and in this world, we have to go through things to discover the good and bad reasons for doing them.

A first kiss isnt something huge, but its nice for it to be special, the only way to do this is to experiement. Try coaching him towards getting close with you, and see what his reaction is like, whether he keeps going, or moves away. One or the other will give you an answer

Q: My mom really does seem to yell at me alot. Unfortuneately, there is no nice answer to something of this nature.
The only possible suggested thing is to call a childline, or inform social carers of your situation.

Its a horrible posistion to be in and sometimes I can relate as my mum gets the same, but not as often and not as bad.

Google childline, and it will give you many answers and opportunities to raise this problem with someone and they will help you deal with it.

Not atall to most of those questions. Its great that you are taking the responsibility at such a young age to be careful and safe, and no it doesnt have to be paid for at your age, as its a contraceptive.

On the form when you go in to collect your pill, it says whether you are going to have to pay or not, and they always tick the box that states you are still attending school/college...and up until your 18, you dont pay, and sometimes even after 18 you dont have to pay. So no your parents never find out, mine never have :)

You never see them, if you dont then they dont have a chance to see the respect and love you give to your boyfriend, they need to see this and you more often to realise what you are doing for their child and how much you love him.

Im having the same dilemma with my boyfriend, and literally his every word means something.

I cant stop seeing him, but now I HAVE too, as we have started arguing. I can only suggest spending one night with your girls, without him, and see how you feel by the end of it, if your like me, you should feel relieved that you managed it.

Also spending the time apart will make you realise when you see him the next day how much you love him, and you will be excited to see each other, and maybe he will hang on your every word too..

Over at my school it was only in a class you optiviley choose called ''health and social care'', and yes you would have a baby that is set to wake you up all hours of the night, wet itself, need hugging, feeding etc etc.

Its usually in year 10 & 11..the last 2 years of school!

You may need to check that he has credit, or even has the same number, he may have changed his number and forgotten to tell you.

Or maybe like me sometimes, at the times you have texted, he has been tied up and forgotten to text back..or sometimes harshly just cant be bothered.

Q: so i have this retarded piece of a cellphone, and i need help on how to set the default ringtone. its a motorola v325 if that matters. but anyway, i had a ringtone set and now i want to change it.. so i did and when people call, its stil my old ringtone. i dont know why it does this because no one is set to that ringtone and i even shut off my phone and took out the battery to see if it would change. but it didnt of course. so im just wondering if anyone has any idea how to get my new ringtone to play when people call. thanks!

This type of phone has different profiles, try creating a new profile, or just completely modify an old one, even if its the ''Silent Mode'' one, then activate this profile. It should automatically always be on that profile, unless your phone is jiggling about in your pocket and changing itself.

I know this will sound strange.

But underneath that ''player'' there could be an honest and genuine person, guys often do that as they think its their way of making their mark in the world, and proving to the other guys they are bigger and stronger, even if the guy looks like the type of stereotypical ''player'' its not always the case...

He could be lying about everything to do with the sleeping with girls for the fun of it as you say.

Perhaps try spending some time with this guy on his own or texting him or anything that would contact him in a way where he cannot show you up in front of his mates and in a way that you can see the person he could really be.
