I use "L'Oreal Paris: Wear Infinite" eyeliner. It's a pencil eyeliner. It works really good..like it comes out dark and doesn't hurt when I put it on. But the only problem is, I'll put it on in the morning, and then by the time I get to school it already wore off! My question is: What's a good eyeliner? This one is like $7. & people say NYC eyeliner which is $1 works REALLY good. What do you think? I need an eyeliner that's going to last all day & that's not TERRIBLY expensive..?
I use avon's liguid pencil eyeliner. It works really well, but sometimes they don't have it. If you have access to avon at all, the stick eyeliner works really well too.

ok so i just started using tampons and like when i put on in it feels like it falling out does that mean its not in all the way or is that just how it feels??

i had the same prob. yes...it's not in all the way...don't worry about putting it up there too far, you'll know when to stop. and plus it's the first time that you used one, so it might take a little while to get used to it. good luck!

My hair is medium brownish reddish and I have light brown eyes and somewhat pale skin. I find myself always wearing the same boring old makeup. What are some good makeup ideas when I want to change my look around that would go with my skin color? I would like some looks that are punkish, preppyish, dressed up, or just really nice. Whatever you think would suit the look.

Okay... I'm 16 and theres this guy ive liked since the 8th grade, in 7th grade we were sort of close. Im now in the the 10th grade and Earilier this year i sort of got mad but not @ him i just sort of blamed it on him. This was september and he hasnt talked to me since except once and thats only cause i was dating one of his friends. Hes like one of my best friends and i hate the fact that hes not talking to me how would you get him to talk? I appligied tons of times and he wont except it. What should i do?

Basically this guy I know is ignoring me.
He used to like me, and I mean loads, and we got on really really well. He used to call me all the time and flirt with me like hell. It took me ages to find out he fancied me (even then with a little help from mutual friends). I started to like him too, then he called me up and asked me out. I said yeah, but then I didn't see him all week...which was both our faults, but then the first day that I saw him he ignored me and then sent one of his female friends to dump me.
He's been ignoring me now for about two months, and its getting really uncomfortable. I still like him, but I haven't got a clue whether he still likes me.
And I just found out one of my not-so-close friends likes him too...and apparently he likes her.
Why is this guy ignoring me? And what should I do?

go up to him and ask him yourself why he's ignoring you. he prolly got to know this girl that week that you 2 weren't hanging out and was just too chicken to tell you (thats why he was/is ignoring you) and then he started to like her, and he was too scared to break up with you on his own too. you should tell him how you feel and what you think about everything, he kinda sounds like a jerk to me if he made one of his friends dump you for him. good luck though!

Hey. My boyfriend is telling me online that he wants to run away because he thinks his parents hate him, but I know they don't. Anyway, there's not much I can do, because we live an hour apart. i like this boy, and me and him have a really fliry relationship. i slept with him in november while he was going out with my friend. we hang out sometimes and flirt a lot and i really think im in love. but he blows me off sometimes and hes such a jerk. he'll ditch me for a party, and he doesnt pick up his phone somtimes. lately hes been doing this more and more and i dont know what i should do because i like him so much! can somebody help me?

the best way to do this is to flirt back with him and make it direct. ask him to hang out alot with just the 2 of you. he could just be flirting for fun or be serious about it. if his friends come up and ask you questions about the 2 of you, thats obviously a major sign there. some other ways are:
*when he's talking only to you, he seems to talk a little softer
*if he actually listens when you 2 talk
*look directly into your eyes..and tries to keep contact that way
*he remembers things that you have said b4 and brings it up or asks you about it

I have always wanted a boyfriend. But my public persona says NO. Even though I've wanted a boyf. really bad, guys (almost every, the only ones who aren't either are gay or have a girlfriend)are really mean to me because my ideas are kind of old-fashioned, I like classical music, I dress kind of old-fashioned, and I'm uncontrollable, and incredibly opinionated. I tried liking a guy once, but he just laughed in my face and told the whole grade. just stay yourself, NEVER change for a guy. if they don't like you for who you are, then they don't deserve you! the right guy will come along and we love you for the person you are.

How do you put on eyeliner without the pencil going all over the place????
i dunno why, but whenever girls put on make up we have to have our mouths open..it's like a proven fact. but just try to steady your hand, like if you're doing it in the mornings right after you wake up, do other things first so you're more awake when you try doing it thats what i always do. and most importantly take your time!! good luck!

thats basically impossible. you lose weight when you don't eat. it's when you start eating again that makes you gain weight like crazy. it's because it throws off your metabolism. hope i helped

to start off, im going to a flea market for fun with 2 guys and another girl. i know there are a ton of creeps so i really dont know what to wear. the 2 guys are punk & goth and im in between girly and rocker type style. SO should i go for a jean skort with a t shirt or my ripped jeans and a tshirt? there would be pros and cons to each...i have good legs (lol, i get told so often.) and that would drive the guys im with crazy, but im concerned about being stalked by some of the creeps. jeans...well its summer. let me know! theres no right or wrong answers!

Ok, I have these two friends that are girls, just call them a and b. well, a started going out with this guy, and through her i became friends with the guy, and we were always talking on aim and stuff. but then they broke up, and he started going out with my other friend, b, and now we're clopser, and he's like my best guy friend. but now i think i like him as more than a friend, but i know he's rly happy with my best friend, b. wat can i do?
the thing i was always told was to never let a guy come between you and you're girlfriends and to not fight over a guy. There's really nothing you can do, she's your bff, and he's you're best guy friend, if they are both happy, that's prolly all he'll ever be to you, unfortunately.

it was the first date, let alone a blind date! you should do whatever your comfortable with. he was wrong to call you a prude b/c 1.) he doesn't even know you and what you're like and 2.) if he wanted it to go farther he could of tried to kiss you too, like you said the guy should make the first move. so don't worry about what he says, he was completely wrong and don't worry about it.

yea...i know they hurt soo bad some times. if they're really bad all i do, is use neosporin and a band-aid. but if you don't wanna use a band-aid, then just don't rub it in all the way. but i'd suggest a band-aid. *it's less messy* but if they are tiny ones that aren't that bad then, i usually just let them heal on their own.
